I am not one for writing bad reviews. But, in this case I think it is certainly warrantied & feel obligated to write it. I ordered a hot tub for a cabin that I had just bought from Valley Spas aka Gaumond Enterprises, 3059 Birds Creek Road in Sevierville. I paid the 50% deposit of $3,000 at the request of Jamie Gaumond on May 5, 2021 with the understanding that a site inspection would soon follow to make sure it would fit at my property.Over 2 months later, the site inspection still had not been done. It was vacant & they could have gone there anytime. I contacted Jamie again on July 12th & insisted they come out on July 21st when I would be there so I could plan where to place my grill, table & chairs, etc & to also make sure that they actually showed up. Steve came on July 21st, measured & the door & it was only 32 inches & hot tub on order was 34 inches & no way for it to fit.When I ordered, Jamie said there was several months backlog of orders of people wanting hot tubs, so I knew it would not be a problem for her to resell this one to someone else.At that time, I requested a refund of my $3,000 deposit. An entire week later after not hearing from her, I called her, no answer. So, I followed up with an email requesting the return of my deposit.She responded saying I can give you a refund, but it will not be the full 3000.00, Im Sorry. Once we received your check, we paid the taxes due on receiving the funds, as the IRS wants their money when we get ours. The taxes paid in May upon receipt and processing of your payment was $541.91, so your refund will be for $2,458.09.I am sure everyone can imagine what kind of voicemail I left her in reaction to her email, as she did not answer her phone. I made it very clear that I was demanding a full refund of what I paid.Jamie will sell my hot tub to someone else when it arrives at their place of business & she will charge the new buyers $541.91 taxes, yet she also wants to keep my $541.91? I think that is what is called financial double-dipping. How dishonest of her!! As the old saying goes....I was born at night, but it wasnt last night.On Aug 2, 2021, 11:51 AM, a full 5 days later, I received this email from Jamie, I will be submitting a full refund request today and get it out in tomorrows mail (tomorrow’s mail would have been Aug 3rd)It is now been almost 3 weeks since I received her broken promise on Aug 2nd & still NO REFUND of my $3,000 and almost 4 months since I paid the deposit to her. So, yes, I feel very justified in leaving this review!!

Used once a couple years ago and they were good, reasonable. Called again last year and they got back a week later after I found somewhere more responsive.Call again 3 weeks ago for a basic quote - still havent heard back. So, slow or no response.
