She is excellent with suggestions and will help you pick up great souvenirs for friends and family. From Moonshines to hot sauce to mason jar spouts, they got you covered for everything.As per Carissa’s suggestion, we got a hot sauce challenge box and had the best weekend back home reliving Smoky mountain memories.

The SMOOTHEST moonshine Ive ever tasted! Kim was the BEST! Dee welcomed us & made us feel like we were the only people in the store and there were lots of people in there. Cheryl was the most informed bartender on the planet! She took her time explaining every flavor and sharing ways to mix the various flavors with others to make incredible bad decisions. Seriously, we have been long-time customers of that other popular Shine place @ The Island but we are now new HUGE fans of Smith Creek Moonshine and we will definitely be making our shine purchases only from these great folks! My husband and I went here yesterday; we loved every flavor of moonshine we tried. While here on vacation we tried 4 other distilleries but this had the best flavors in our opinion.The bartender was very fun, kind, and knowledgeable. Our favorite flavors of shine were: apple pie, sweet tea, butter cake, orange dreamsicle, salted caramel, and lemon lime (there might have been more). Honestly, they were all smooth and dangerous. You could not taste the alcohol.I would highly recommend trying the moonshine.

Moonshine was good but staff all just hung out in a group at the front door. Wasnt as inviting as Sugarlands or Ole Smokey Distillerys.

Very nice moonshine flavors. Way better than Ole Smokey. Smooth and flavorful. We had a party of 4 doing tastings and the taste bar employee was very friendly as well as the people pulling and packing. We bought a 4 pack then went back the next day and got anothet 4 pack! Lemon Lime and the Orange cream are amazing.

Dont really know much about it. Just stepped in and found out its really a liquor store. Might be a good place if you drink. Didnt buy anything. Lol

The manager was a great guy who helped us choose four flavours to bring home. The bartender let us try mini shots of almost all the different flavours of moonshine they have and explained more about their making and taste. They had us laughing the entire time we were in the store. Ten stars, for sure

Nice helpful drunks! Lol you literally walk in to the store to buy liquor and theres a bar in the middle of the store offering samples. Wow wow wow I didnt sample but I did buy a bottle of moonshine!

The tasting is a must. Great selection of moonshine flavors without the harsh burning aftertaste. If youre a fan of Bloody Marys, the signature mix is spicy and tastes like the best tomato soup. Honestly I think it could convert anyone who doesnt enjoy the V8 aftertaste that comes with normal bloody Marys.

Had on our Ole Smoky shirts and Byran said he shouldnt even let us in the door, lol. Told him to change my mind and he did not disappoint. Kaitlyn and Byran were helpful and fun to chat up. Went home with the deal of 4, 2 free shot glasses and even got some t-shirts for next time!

Stop here every spring to stock up on Sweet Bourbon Glaze for summer grilling. Awesome place and friendly staff.

Family and friends visited Smith Creek while shopping at Tanger Outlet Mall. We all did the moonshine tasting. The hostess made the tasting Sooo much fun. She was very knowledgable about each flavor and was very instrumental in telling you how to consume each shot so that you could experience all the flavors.

Samples where great and the barman was fun, brought a four pack and would recommend a visit

Had a great tasting here. The lady helping us had a great personality and made it super fun. We tasted about 6 or 7 different flavors for free.

The bartender there was very impressed on the ways to use the moonshine and what it was going to taste like.

Moonshine tasting was awesome. We got to try all the flavors and a few flavors mixed together. Ended up buying 4 bottles (they had a deal going on) definitely will go back again. They have plenty of other merchandise there too including t-shirts, cups etc.

Not what i was expecting when i walked in the door. The atmosphere and staff were superb. While not having as many styles as some of the bigger competitors, they still had a great selection of products. The free taste testing was fun and the staff were really knowledgeable and excited to help. Highly highly recommend if you enjoy good drinks and a friendly quiet atmosphere.

Very neat establishment in the bartender new what he was talking about all except for the fact he said that they were the only ones who had salted caramel shine. I know for a fact that Tennessee shine has salted caramel moonshine.

Smith Creek Moonshine was a fun tasting experience. I dont remember the name of the lady doing the tastings but she was fun and very nice. Cashier, Kim was kind as well.

They offer free quarter shot samples on their moonshine.Daily Buy 4 for 80.00 deal. More deals on holidays they say. Its 32.50 a jar of moonshine here after tax, so pricey imo, and the moonshine dont even have chunks of the flavor you get, ex. I got apple pie and it dont have a chunk of apple in it. Also the ABV % on the liquor is %25.Also offer dressing for salads and sauces for steaks.Worth a visit and try but will cost you. Hope it helps.

Great Moonshine store! Kim was very helpful and sweet.

We went today and cant stop raving about it! We walked in and they had a live singer playing the guitar who was fantastic. The place is beautiful and we literally smelled every single candle (tropical fruit candle is so yummy). They have a sampling bar in the middle where you can taste the top 6 varieties. Didnt care for the strawberry shortcake but everything else was delicious. The coffee and the salted caramel were amazing. We did the 4/80 and also picked up the orange creme and the lemon lime which we havent tasted yet.Their staff are phenomenal! They are the perfect blend of being attentive and informative without being pushy. I will definitely be back!

My first time going in there, a gentlemen working there helped me out alot. I usually Cook with burbon and wanted to try something new. Hé helped me greatly.

I wanna start by saying the GPS will take you to the address of the Complex of stores that Smith Creek is located in, and after that its all up to you to find it, just remember its towards the sign for Hot Topic, and this isnt SCs fault. The crew at Smith Creek is top notch. The lady that ran the taste test giving out samples of their top flavors to the dude hippe dude helping us along the way after, definitely cant go wrong

I’ve never felt the need to post a review before in my almost 30 years of living, however I felt the need this time. The store itself has an amazing aesthetic, vibe, and selection of moonshine (obviously real moonshine is illegal, but for commercial moonshine the quantity and quality they had was nice). My problem was with one of the employees. The employee with long hair who was supplying the samples. He came off as extremely smug, unprofessional, and made me decide to go elsewhere. Now, obviously people will still shop here, and that’s okay. This shop will be just fine without money from me. However, if anyone else reading this wants good customer service without feeling like you’re dealing with a very low quality employee I suggest you go elsewhere until the management corrects the particular employees attitude or finds someone to replace him. I hope things change.

I loved the Smith Creek store. The staff was so friendly, the selection was outstanding and the prices were comparable with other liquor stores. I loved the tasting bar. The tender was so nice. I highly recommend.

This is just the best! We didnt intend to stop here but trouble with our GPS landed us at this little spot tucked into a little corner of outlet shops. They offer free samples of any flavor. They have free taste testing if products. Nice cozy place located in the Tanger Outlets. We bought several bottles of moonshine to bring home. They were smaller than the other places around town which made it feel like home.

Do not like moonshine but everyone else I know does. I like the pickles! The smell there must definitely be acquired. (Rough!)

Best distillery Ive been to and very friendly taste testing, also gives you plenty of drink mix ideas as you are tasting. The peach & apple pie is my favorite. They have the better tasting moonshine flavors than any others Ive tried. Also have better pricing deals.

If youre looking for a moonshine experience off the path this is the place to go.The staff is very friendly, the bartender who was doing the testing have a great knowledge of his shine, and for every sample he suggested combinations and I have only 1 regret was to record him, LOL, because now Im home i have problems to remember what he was suggesting!His version of the Bloody Mary was out of this world!A great tasting experience, flavors you dont find in other shine places and left the store with a pack of 4 at a great price.Shiners dont miss it, in the corner of Tanger.

The place is nice. Dont like the steps in there, you have to be careful not to trip. Dude at the bar was great, the shine was tasty. And the prices arent bad.

The straight moonshine is excellent we tried 2 other moonshine distilleries ol smoky and sugar lands and I can honestly say this was the better of the 3 and the least crowded they are a little more expensive but quality is much better and they have a coupon for a free shot glass with a purchase of a moonshine and I thought that was a plus but you actually get free samples with them no paying 5 dollars and trying moonshines you aren’t even Interested in this is deftly one of the better distilleries in town I’d highly recommend
