Not once as she rushed us along or made us feel uncomfortable or stupid because this is our first time buying so people could take advantage of us but she does not. From the moment we walked in to the doors of meadow homes she has been very friendly, helpful and very uplifting.

The week of the forth me and my family came to pigeon forge Tennessee on vacation. We have been thinking long and hard and we have decided that we would like to move to the area, so we went and visited three at meadow homes. We found a home on their lot that we as a family absolutely loved. When we informed her which one we like and had chosen. She gave us a long spill of how the home was on back order and we should pick something else. We then informed her of where we were from and how we wanted to move to the area and she immediately seemed as if she just didn’t want to work with us and kept telling us all the reasons that we wouldn’t be able to get a house. Come back 2 weeks later to look at some different homes and see the home we wanted was sold off the lot. If you are looking to buy a home please go somewhere else. I just don’t want anyone else to go through the hurt we did when we found a house we loved and immediately got told no but for it to be given to someone else 2 weeks later.

My daughter was looking at homes with Meadows, and we were lucky enough to have Thresa (Three) as our salesperson. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and sweet to deal with. Shes also great at suggesting customizations in a home to make it just what you want. Shes a very trustworthy person and I highly recommend her if youre in the market.

We have been at Meadows a few times in the past few years, they have beautiful home some pricy and some not. Just this few month we have found land that my husband and I love with Mountain View’s and found a home from Meadow homes, this sales person was very help and found want we liked and couldn’t wait to get started in our new home. We did the closing a month ago and they haven’t even stated to break land until we found out that the home we want was be discontinued after we signed. We were very upset.. I said now what. The sales person wanted us to downsize for the same price or upgrade and pay more. We said no. Found out a few days go that this sales person is helping us to get what we want.. can’t not wait to move to our happy place.. just be careful out there..

We stopped in to find out what manufactured homes were like. Spent time with Three. She was very knowledgeable and offered some great options. No hard sales pitch. A very comfortable meeting.

Toured these homes today . Really nice . Most of the models on the lot were sold already . Which tells me that they have a great sales staff! Sales rep Three talked with is . Very informative ! Explained alot of the things bout the construction of homes and quality of homes that other dealership dont come right out and tell ya when youre just looking to buy . Very pleasant lady to talk with. . showed us other floor plans for models that are coming soon ! Meadow Homes is is definitely the top contender on our list when we get ready to purchase

Great place to find whatever wants and needs you desire. Go see Theresa shes very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. If youre in the market dont look any further because you wont find a better place or sales person. Terrific experience.

Joe was wonderful and helpful with information on land. Also welcomed questions about making it handicapped accessible for my elderly mother.

If you are thinking about purchasing a home from this company, you may want to look elsewhere. They quality of their homes is not the issue, it is the customer service AFTER the purchase of your home. They tell you exactly what you want to hear before closing but once youve closed on your home, they have already moved on to the next sale. We purchased our home in May and it has been a nightmare ever since. There is no communication on what needs to be done for you to move into the home. As a matter of fact, my inspection sticker that I needed to get electricity and actually move in was held hostage because it was not told to me what I needed to do in order to be able to move in. We were also told that since we purchased a lot model that didnt have to be ordered, we would be moved in within 2 weeks of closing. It was 5 weeks before we were able to move in. Every time we called to ask what the hold up was, because our family was HOMELESS after the 2 week wait, it was one excuse after the other. Once we were moved in, it was even worse. The manager of this company is a jerk. We were told that our home was built with 2x6 walls, this was a huge selling point for us, we found out after it was delivered and we were moved in that it is most definitely 2x4 walls. On June 20, I went to Meadows Homes and advised them of everything that needed to be fixed/completed. My underpinning is still not up and now I have something that has burrowed in to my insulation and made a nest and the condensation is leaking from the duct work and causing mold and mildew to the exposed insulation. We also have a dishwasher that still doesnt work, I still dont have moldings around my doors and I still dont have my front door fixed so it is still raining in my home when the weather gets horrible. I have called and texted my sales person and I have still not gotten a response. It seems like the only time we get responses is when we actually go in to the office, which is an hour from us. We are always told that everything will be taken care of but I dont believe a single thing that any of them say. They say what you want to hear to shut you up and stop you from calling for a while. Once again, if you are considering purchasing a home, look elsewhere.

Sales lady was wonderful. Unfortunately thats the only good thing that I have to say. The rest is all bad, very bad. If google would let me give less stars I would. Id even take some away from other posts. We paid cash for our home, and once they had our money that was it. We cant get repairs done even though we had them listed within a year of purchase. We have had to pay out of pocket for repairs that should have been done. Also they recommend an excavator that did not finish his job either, Im sure they must work hand in hand. Again. We had to hire someone else to finish and correct his work. I have much more to be said about all of the sloppy and unfinished work.

Ask for Thre 3 when you go here to look for a new home. If youre looking for that special person that cares about what you want and not just looking to make a sale, she will be the best person for you. She really listens to your needs and gives off some suggestions on things to think about. She was never pushy and it was truely a joy to work with her. She really knows alot about the inventory and all of the special features. I was also very impressed over the high quality and large selection offered here at Meadow Homes thanks again Thre for all of your help.

Hello future buyers, I just want to give our experience in the last year buying with meadow homes. After months of searching for property and doing virtual tours and going to every other mobile home lot in our area, we found it here the sales lady Wanda was wonderful, knowledgeable . We looked at a home and put the the holding money down the next week. We ended up with the lot model cause they was not making this home anymore. We was fine with that when they assured us they would make sure everything was as if it was new. Meadow homes even found the people to do the excavation to our undeveloped property . We waited patiently a few weeks for things to get started . As they pull the house in they hit part of the front corner which left the siding and the windows messed up. And they would fix it when they done the set up. Since there was a later then expected getting it started and we had to be out of our home we rented storage buildings and stayed in our camper. Which we didn’t mind. We could never get a date for anything from them, we wanted everything done right, and didn’t want to seem pushy we Just wanted when we could plan on it being done. Finally we moved it last sept. They done the bare minimum during the initial set up and never came back. We fixed the small stuff out selfs.Finally 5 months later and a dozen phone calls later they came back and done a little more with the wrong paint and returned a month later to finally finish painting the marriage wallls, Told them the problems we was having with the water and they would send someone out. Another 3 months they came looked and still haven’t returned. We have called several times without a return phone call from no one but the sales lady . Went in 5 or 6 later after financing and everything was done to sign a few papers they missed to find out they never sent in the 500$ we gave them to hold the home. Luckily we didn’t lose that.The subcontractors that they hired, pistol construction, have not stood by what they said they would do. We have had to invest in a small tractor so we can work on excavation and to maintain the driveway that I couldn’t get up for 7 months, cause of to much gravel,Foot and a half deep or more.Left huge dead trees And some that is just unsafe. I have replaced all my tires 2 years earlier replaced and windshield and currently pay for and drive and practically brand new car with dents cause all dead trees around and all down the road side, they told us a tree trimming company or the electric company would cut those. We assumed they was the professionals and we was trusting there judgement and taking suggestions during this whole process.We did ask for few to stay if healthy. He cut 50% of a root system off a 100 ft white oak that sits on the hill right over my house. I mentioned to the guy and the dump truck has said the the owner didn’t know how to remove big trees and this lot was full of them. Months of unreturned phone calls finally get one a month ago he will be out to fix everything then emails he needs 3000$ and he will bring us more gravel. Lol we have 3 piles not used, still waiting in that return phone call. Last we heard was from meadow a month ago they would be August 12 the check the water, and fix windows the messed up during delivery my husband waited all day and they never showed . We have been patient, and understanding but I think they are trying to ignore us till our year is up and they aren’t responsible for anything. They have never fully finished anything. If all could go back I would I would have went with Clayton, I love my home but I feel their is quality better and they may have stood by what they said. And cleaned up all their trash a drink bottles. All the workers just thrown it ever where.This was supposed to be a low maintenance home and property and we are constantly fixing things.Today’s date is August the 12 th 2019 and we are still waiting since sept 4. 2018. Had to delete some that there is plenty more.

How do I even begin? This process has been the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with. We dealt with Philip and Kevin, and it was a shady situation. I guess the only complaint I had about Kevin is that he kept telling us our family could grow in this house and that we needed to have more babies even though we told him multiple times we had two children and were getting a 3 bedroom house for that reason. Lets me know you aren’t listening to your clients at all. How did you know that wasn’t a sensitive topic for me after I declined the first 4 times? Philip, makes all the decisions as far as I know, which means he decided to1. Try and raise the price of the house on us2. Raise the price on the land clearing after I refused to pay more on the house.3. Took away the ability to get a solid foundation after raising the price so high on the land clearing that we had to choose one or the other4. Tried to not give us the vinyl skirting5. Would not give us the stairs he told us were included in the price of our home.The rest of the experience is just the same. The people who put the house together SUCKED. The trim was either non exsistent, cracked, full of holes, or crooked. So much so that even after six months there are still issues that I just don’t even want to deal with anymore. My biggest piece of advice is that IF you decide to deal with this company take your own notes, if you guys agree to something write it down, date it and have them initial it. I’m spending way to much money on a house that I fell in love with for it to be put together like a bunch of four year old with Lincoln logs did it. I’m very displeased with this location and everyone I had to deal with. They only got a star because I had to give them one. And Philip if you do see this and decide to respond I’m still waiting on those stairs you told me I could “borrow”.

Dealing with Kevin and Phillip has been the best experience.kevin helped us get the right house and the best price possible.they have handled about all the work needed to get moved in.highly recommended to anyone glad we have got to deal with them.we love our new home and all they have done for us

Looking into buying a home. There all unlocked (unless sold) and the sale staff is excellent, answering all questions and leaves you alone while you look.

I wouldnt recommend dealing with this company or those that are associated with them. Very poor quality of work.Things were just thrown together and not finished. Knobs on the cabinets were not even tightened to say the least. Very lazy when it comes to fixing said problems we are still waiting. The porch size was not correct and the guy was extremely rude. I could go on and on but I recommend NOT buying from here.

We purchased our home in May of 2018....we have many things that need fixing and have been promised but not completed. I have turned in pictures and a list on 3 occasions. Phillip promised these things but has not kept his promise. I have contacted the corporate office also.....crack in ceiling...shower floor is discolored and crooked....just to name a few things....very unhappy and will not recommend them to anyone
