This mall is extremely nice with something for every shopper!

I always get excited to visit this outlet. I find several things and I enjoy the walk around the outdoor mall. It’s always nice and clean and every store has the nicest people working. There’s something for everyone here! If you’re in the area, make a stop and pickup some items from your favorite stores. You won’t regret it. The parking looks tough but I’ve never had a problem. Can’t wait to come back in December!

Wow!!! What a wonderful place to shop.I’m not a shopper. I don’t like to shop. I’m all about my “stick and move capers”. Pop in and get what I need, then I’m out the door and on my way to my next stop. This shopping set up affords me exactly that...I can see all of the stores from the parking lot, find the ones I want to go, and avoid the ones I don’t want to go to; I can go directly to those stores shop to get what I got to get and leave.Ample parking lots. Lots of discounts within the various stores... you talk about making a deal sweeter.Like that the stores observe the social distancing mandate. And the requirement to wear a mask is in full order on all of the stores that I went into. #duringthepandemic

Great place to spend time, even if you dont buy anything. Women can spend time here while husband and children are at Nascar speed park.

Lots of good stores to visit here obviously, and very tightly placed. This isnt a bad outlet area, although there are better. Unfortunately, most of these are big name stores and there isnt a whole lot exclusive to the area. That being said, a few stores in here are worth the visit, especially if you can find some good deals.

Nicely run facility. Tons of great places to shop, it’s laid out very well and there’s lots of parking. The Tanger staff do a great job of keeping it clean and keeping the bathrooms clean. Just do yourself a favor and don’t go on a Saturday it’s always packed.

Huge outlet mall with lots of good option.

This outlet mall is big. Bring your walking shoes as it is spread out over numerous buildings. Parking was more than ample and the collection of retailers was quite impressive. They had several stores that I had never seen in an outlet mall before. We didnt have time to hit them all but will be back soon to visit more.

I had a blast there while on vacation. All the stores had great customer service, the people are so friendly.From the Moonshine samples & Victoria Secret deals, I was very happy when I left.Ill come back to them. 👏 👏

Love Tanger Outlets!! We stop here every time we come to Sevierville. Such a variety of stores with excellent, competitive prices!! You can get name brand items for discount prices. Sometimes 80-90% off. Definitely a must see!!

I am local and dont usually shop here until the tourist season slows down. Its usually very busy, and people lack respect for others. Otherwise great selection of stores and most have great sales and good products.

Signage is incorrect by pointing you in the wrong direction. Good selection of stores and sufficient parking spots. Great landscaping and very inviting.

Ive been to many outlet malls and Im not a big fan of Tangers. Even their outlet prices are higher than it most Simon malls. Most of their outlet prices were still high and we have found better bargains from the companys websites online.

Went 8/27/21 at 4pm. There was no waiting. We ordered drinks and a appetizer and everything was fine. We ordered our food and everything was still fine until we received our food. It was some of the worst seafood I have ever had the misfortune of trying to eat. But the service was even worse than the food. We saw our waiter one time during our meal and asked for drink refills which we never received. Waited almost thirty minutes for the check after we finished eating and finally had to ask for it. I know places are short staffed but that wasn’t the case this time. The restaurant was not even close to half full. Next time I’ll cross the street to Red Lobster.

Awesome! So much to do there.. shop, eat, desserts, mini golf. I recommend with children bringing a stroller or renting one. They are cheap. I suggest just wiping them down prior to use. Anything and everything one could think of to shop for is there!!

This type of shopping is dying in our country. We visited the last 2 Coleman camping stores in the area. They will be shutting the doors for good on Sunday. Its sad to see places like this close because of online shopping.

Ah. The Tanger outlets. Parking is always chaos. Many of the stores arent outlets at all but just regular stores at full price. The maps for directions to the stores are out of date, with stores having moved or no longer existing. I dont ever really understand the draw to the outlets as better bargains can be found online.

Plenty of shops but not many great deals to be found ! Same deals you would find at regular chain stores especially under armour. And Victoria secret was very lacking didnt even carry all bra sizes everything picked over very few fragrances. Only good deal found was at bare minerals and very polite and helpful associate.

This was a great location with super great finds. Several stores and several restaurants This was a relaxing area not heavy populated and traffic was well managed. Great pricings.

Be prepared to walk. Wear comfortable shoes. Overall I truly enjoyed it.

I have visited this mall several times while staying in Pigeon Forge. There is something for everybody. Clean bathrooms, property very clean and several charging stations throughout parking lot for electric vehicles. Every store I went to was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly. They have Ecco shoes and Clark shoes. Ann Taylor store, Hot Topic, and more. There are many places to eat in the area. Bonus...there is a Starbucks for a caffeine refill.

This is a busy place, so you’ll spend some time looking for a parking space. There is a big variety of shops and it is located close to restaurants just off the busiest highway in the area.

Love the Pepper Palace! They have plenty of sauces to sample. They have everything from mild all the way to OMG I just swallowed the sun. Highly recommend!

Great selection of stores, a bit more spread out than I was expecting which made going back and forth with bags a little daunting but not bad. The map was a little off, some stores were located in different spots. Not all of the stores are outlets some are just normal stores with a small sale section.

Very nice outlet. Stores were clean and organized. Got some great deals. Will be returning when I visit Tennessee again.

What can you say all the stores I visited were awesome. Everyone was ready to help you as you entered they were fast and friendly.

We did a ton of shopping here on our honeymoon.You sometimes find good customer service in a store here and there. But, we honestly had great people in every store we stopped at.The Adidas, Fossil, Reebok, Sperry, and Victorias Secret stores really stood out. Their employees deserve recognition for going out of their way for us.With all of the touristy shopping in the area, this was by far the best for selection and service.

Lots of shopping be done here. Restrooms available. The parking areas and lots are small and there is a lot of traffic. Be careful maneuvering large vehicles. Parking connects to the Nascar Speed Park.

Got some good deals at under armor, I bought a $110 pair of boots and that got me 80% of another pair of shoes, so my wife got a pair of under armor gym shoes for like $12.. one thing about the outlet mall and its not unique to them, is just about everywhere in pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, is if you drive a full size vehicle it fills the parking spots up, and you have to really watch getting in and out of your vehicle. And pray that the people on either side of you do the same. If you dont care if someone bangs your vehicle up, then no worries, but I cant stand that, so its kinda a big deal to me to have spacious parking spots. I have been in a lot of the stores and you can get some good deals here.

Selection is the main thing at this mall in most of the stores. PLENTY of well-stocked stores...latest merchandise. Only some stores offer true bargains and factory outlet prices. If you know your prices generally ahead of time and keep your eyes out for special bargain finds...youll do great. Also, if you are a fan of a certain brand you may be able to find that missing item from your collection. It get crowded, so check for off-peak times.

Large - 103 stores at least. Crowded. Good sales (depending on when you go). Ironically, we didnt buy anything. The selections were not our taste / style. It was very hit or miss and unfortunately for us, it was a miss.

Only visited a few stores, nice selection, friendly associates. Really missed kitchen outlets, main reason for going in. They had 2. Both closed.

There are many good deals. But be aware that a lot of the items the stores sell could be purchased cheaper at the regular stores when on sale.Vera Bradley - had great buysHanes - I could do better at back to school sales ( always great prices during back to school)Pandora - be aware that most of the products are regular price, so all to see the discounted products.Old navy - stone good buysCarters- most items were the prices I find at the regular Carters back home.Just look online or know the products & the normal process before going crazy, because of youre on vacation you wont be there to make returns

If you can imagine it, it is here! Lots of parking. A couple stores were limiting people but it was not too bad. Found lots of discounts and sales.

Crowded, parking hectic to be a Monday early afternoon. Variety of stores, was disappointed the Sunglass hut was closed. Decent sale at Polo and Levi had buy one get one 50% of jeans😊. Some stores have a limit as to how many customers can enter at once. Mask are not required.

A large collection of name brand outlets including Nike, North Face, and Adidas. Some stores have outlet pricing while others seem a bit overpriced. Vera Bradley was one that had really good pricing. A lot of parking with a lot of shoppers.

Stores are very nice. Good to have access to outlet stores. Well maintained buildings and parking lot.

I don’t even know where to start!My wife and I along with our 8 year old son went on Thursday afternoon. Registered and was told an hour and a half wait. We had no issue with that because we could shop while we wait. Got the text in 45 minutes. I’ve eaten steak in some of the nicest steak houses around! Ruth Chris (Columbia, SC), Angus Barn (Raleigh NC) to name a couple!The Chop house in Pigeon Forge has the best Ribeye anywhere I’ve eaten!!The waitress was fantastic! Well worth the money!!It was so good we went back Saturday night and I got the same exact thing!Second visit wait time was 30 minutes less than we were told.

Some of the biggest and best outlets! Nike, Adidas, Crocs, American Eagle, hot topic, Old Navy (just to name a few). If youre in the area, definitely stop. Youll spend hours walking all the shops 🛍️🏷️

Bathrooms and grounds were really clean. Lots of parking. The outlet part wasnt huge discount shops. It was more of just an outdoor mall. Lots of stores and food options.

Men or women will go crazy shopping here because it has everything, even a great Miniature Golf Course, that I once made a Hole in One at the finish.

Nice selection of stores. Requires a lot of driving through the parking lot to get to all the stores you want to visit. Not all stores are as cheap as you might expect from an outlet mall but still fun and a great place to spend the day.

Its tangers... Not Tangiers and its not in Seville. It has nothing to do with the French foreign legion or the barber of Seville. I dont know what youre expecting to see in a review of an outlet store mall. My ex loves this place, but for me, this place is... Well.... Shes my ex. Id be happier if this place had a Cabelas and a whiskey shop.

Enjoyed shopping there today. My concern was about handicapped people like myself, having to walk in the sun & not up by the building. Not handicapped efficient. Totally exhausted.

Great place to shop. Unbelievable amount of store choices, something for everyone. Very busy, come wearing comfortable shoes as you will find it easier to park and walk than move your car place to place. Parking on the weekends come as a premium.

Some stores Oakley and Michael Kors provided no greeting. Offered no assistance while shopping. Other stores provided some assistance like Nike, Fossil, Reebok, were actually friendly and helpful. Bath and body works were also friendly and helpful.

I go to the Tanger Outlets every year to Christmas Shop. This time I went just for me and my husband. I love it here but its because of Sketchers, Tommy Hillfiger, Vanity Fair, and more.

Manager was very helpful,will definitely be going back. If you dont fine what your looking for in the store be sure to talk to her or an associate they are very friendly and helpful.

Easily accessible, and very serviceable shoppers lounge. A large variety of storefronts, with plentiful parking, clean restrooms, and well maintained stores. It was a great place to go that was a tourist/souvenir shop. There was enough variety to allow all shoppers to find something to peak their interest. A great place to shop if you have time.

Had a lot of shops and had a golf cart trolley guy that could drive you to sections. Saving grace with my mom who uses a cane.
