I was in vacation and left my APAP power supply cord at home. I called Lincare and thank goodness they had one. And at a price I think it good. They were a lifesaver for me! I appreciate them and they was helpful and very nice!
I have been a customer for years and I have always had good friendly service.
Excellent service !!Pat saved my sister from having to turn around and take my all the way back home from Abingdon Va after discovering she had forgot to load my moms oxygen that plugs in .It was after hours and Pat called us within 10 minutes of leaving a message with answering service, within 1hr Pat has my mom a machine !!This is what makes a 82 year old lady that has finally traveled to spend family time very happy !!And her daughters and grand daughter and great grands!!
Watch Out! I was told they could provide my mother with liquid oxygen. They suggested a portable O2 concentrator instead. All they needed were orders from the physician. They would then bill for liquid oxygen for 1 month and then order the portable unit. The physician sent the orders and I called to find out when delivery of the liquid oxygen would be. I was told management had denied liquid oxygen service to my mother. When I asked why they could not give me an answer.
1 star is too much. Customer service is a joke. I have been trying to get a piece of equipment for my mom for three months. It was ordered in January. It is now April. I was told they didnt have all the paperwork to file insurance for something else that was ordered three weeks after. So, they froze the account. They had made no effort to contact me or the doctor. Just left the order sitting there. I went to their office, got the papers, got the doctor to sign it and took it back to them. They they decided they needed paperwork for something else. Myself and the doctors office spent 4 days on the phone with them making sure they had the paperwork. It is now a week later. Still, no one can tell me when the equipment will be ordered. I sat on hold with their billing department for 49 minutes today waiting to just get a human on the phone. Still got nowhere. This is for a portable oxygen concentrator. We are taking 5-6 oxygen bottles with us every time she has appointments. I can barely Cary them. No way my elderly parents can. It is a needed piece of medical equipment and these people act like a McDonalds cashier that forgot to salt the French fries. What a JOKE of a business.
Service was very pleasant and they were very helpful with all my questions
Stay away from them!If I could rate 0 stars I would. They are incompetent and cannot listen to anything anyone tells them. They enter insurance information in wrong and cannot get the correct doctors down that they list for things. They state they go by Medicare Guidelines, but are too stupid to listen to the patient when the patient tells them they already got the correct documentation ready for when the process started with Medicare to begin with and is the reason you are being sent to them.If you want to be screwed in the butt by these people, then go with them. If you want actual assistance then go with other people. Believe me, they filed the wrong insurances and for the wrong doctors. They will not approve you if they deem so unfit when medicare already approved you themselves.Their brain cells makes me wonder how they have made it this far in life. Also if you call and receive a person named Amanda, be prepared to listen to her whine and try to argue with you on your medical information and history. Took over 2 weeks to hear something back from them, we called and she made excuses. You have to keep on them, or they wont do their jobs. We told her to contact the doctor to obtain the information that we already had that they needed and refused to do so calling back 5 minutes later stating they just wouldnt approve what was needed.Cow manure is smarter than they are.
Customer service was horrible! Staff was rude and service was extremely slow.
They billed for my deceased relative for months for oxygen supplies. Then found out they’ve billed others the same way for years. Push products on elderly to make money. Go somewhere else.
