He took the extra time to show me exactly how to use my Taurus G2C 9mm and even gave my son and I info on a couple old shot guns that my son inherited. Made a special 30 min trip up here after being told on a previous visit that they would be interested in a trade and to bring it in. Upon arriving I was barely able to finish my sentence before who I’m assuming to be the owner rudely commented he has zero interest in trading. His tone was stuck up, rude and unprofessional. The one star has nothing to do with them not being interesting but strictly his snooty rude attitude. I suggest you find another shop to spend your money at.

Im a regular shopper at BTB. The employees and owner are always very courteous. Very proactive with all their customers. Everyone who works there is very knowledgeable in everything they sell in the store. When they cant answer a question, they find someone who can. They usually have what Im looking for when I come in.

Great, friendly staff who know their stuff! They were able to help me with whatever I needed to know, helped me find whats right for me & right away. They have plenty to choose from, & were VERY helpful.

Veteran owned shop. Ever since I discovered this place, I always try and go there when I get a chance. New and used guns fairly priced with a great selection. They are always very friendly and professional. If you ever need a weapon, this is one of the first places to shop.

Stopped by about 2-3 weeks ago with a friend and spoke to a gentleman until close. They were well educated and knowledgeable on firearms. My friend had a little boy with us and they were very kind to him. I will return someday and give them my business. All the negative stuff people are saying about this place is malarkey. These guys are top notch. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a scope upon their high recommendation . However after realizing I couldnt use it do to prescription glasses they refused a return for an even trade on red dot site. They did offer to give me a 50% refund on an unused brand new scope. After spending thousands of dollars in their store this is not what I would expect the outcome to be, regardless of my past business with them. Very disappointed and feel as if they are taking advantage of the Covid-19 to hike prices on ammo and accessories. Accme Sports in Seymour will definitely be getting all future business . I definitely would not recommend doing any trades unless you just want to give your guns away. Dishonest sales tactics. First of all no one at the store ask me to bring it in to look at it or to even see if it was defective. I simply stated it was in the exact condition as it was when you sold it to me. Basically I was misled or misguided by your staff on the purchase of the scope . Also you chose the outcome . Obviously Im not happy with misguided information just so you could make a sale. My lack of education and expertise in firearms cost me $427, but it definitely shows what kind of business you are running. I will encourage everyone that I know that has had negative business dealings with you to also leave detailed reviews so atleast other people will be informed and ready when they have to stop in. Another point is that people take these scopes out all the time and look through them in the store doesnt this then qualify them as USED. Standing behind your rules does not make this right, and its not about the money . You know your wrong. You also took a trade in from me it was a 762 custom rifle with a leupold red dot site attached. You gave me $500 on the trade then offered me the scope back off the gun for the scope I bought off you that I wanted to return . Meaning you would have got the 762 custom rifle off me for about $30 dollars. Now Im fully aware that its important that you make a profit but that sir was you trying to get something for free. Not hardly fair or acceptable.

Service 5 stars! I never felt like I was being sold anything, very friendly and knowledgeable staff I even got to meet the owner. 5 stars on selection and price, a dollar more than Amazon but still 2 dollars cheaper than the average shop imo, being able to see and touch before buying plus being able to ask questions without feel silly was a bonus. All in all Ill be back for all my needs.

These guys ABSOLUTELY ROCK!Ive ordered several suppressors and two firearms from them and they go out of their way to get you what you want. Both guns I ordered arrived pretty much the next business day. They also make the Class III purchase process SUPER easy. Plus, theyre super friendly!Even the one transfer I did through them was totally painless.I cant recommend Mark and these guys enough!😀

A smallish sized store with a FANTASTIC selection of reloading supplies! LOTS of Dillon & Lee products with a few Lyman items as well. Bulk bullets by the pound and a large selection of powder. Has a modest selection of firearms and parts for the builder. What makes this place really shine tho is a combination of a few things including a TOP NOTCH group of workers there! Made my first visit yesterday (takes me almost an hour to get there) and will DEFINITELY make them my go-to store for my reloading supplies. They were out of primers but who isnt right now.The store just looks just fantastic as well. You can tell they really care as everything was neatly in its place and not just all thrown in together in piles like some stores. These people really care and it shows. This isnt your warehouse sized weve got skids of stuff for you type place but I like being treated like a sincere person that I was that day. Great small town shop like it needs to get back to nowadays.

The best gun store anyone could ask for. I have visited this store several times and they have always had what I have needed. I have never been able to ask a question that the staff there couldnt give me an accurate answer to. I get all of my reloading supplies there.

Ordered a Ruger security 9mm online. Unfortunately the model I ordered was oversold from their warehouse. They credited the money back in my account the same day. Went into the store and purchased an all black Ruger security 9mm. Their customer service was on point. This is now my go to store.

I visit here once a week. They by far have the best selection of reloading supplies for pistol, rifle and shotgun of any store in Indiana and for a small shop thats an amazing truth. Mark and Lauren (owners) are kind an knowledgable and willing to deal to get your business. I shoot over 1000 rounds a month of 45 ACP and several varieties of 450 and 458 rifle, they always have what I need to reload and refit.

Was a little disappointed with trying to trade in today, they have always been on par with what I was expecting but not this time. I ended up going to Acme Sports and they gave me what I was wanting and even more. Guess Acme will start getting my business from now on.
