It was my first time filing an accident claim. They really made it easy. Even helped us getting a nice loaner vehicle. When the repairs were done our car looked as good as new inside and out. I Highly recommend them.

Outside work and repair looked fine. Tom the owner was very rude when I was dissatisfied about the door panel which was damaged by them during the repair. He told me I was being ridiculous and was wasting a $100 On this repair that could have been better spentfor someone else that truly could use a $100. He was not professional at all, especially for being the owner. Would not recommend this place.

I went there because they are a preferred shop for my insurance. They did all work in a timely manner, I was treated very professionally, and I was able to drop the loner and pick up my car hassle free. All is good.

The T & T crew cant be beat in my book. Ive used Toms shop for years. Theyve always done excellent work. I just got my Honda Accord back a few days ago from them. And once again. This place does rental vehicles incase anyone doesnt know that, the rental was very clean and reliable. The staff are super nice, great customer service, and my vehicle was done on the time lot given. My car upon pick up was also cleaned.

Not very happy... Took months to get my car back, they kept trying to return it to me with it pulling, wobbling, vibrating three different times, windshield trim was damaged and returned to me that way, and my wheels were severely damaged and marked up from being broke down with the improper equipment. Then if that were not bad enough they installed front wheels on the rear and rears on the front. I had to take it to other repair facilities to have things checked and verified that the frame and other components were still not fixed correctly and to be honest the car still does not feel the same as it did before the accident. I still have sensors that are not working after they removed the front bumper cover and even though they stated they would correct it, when I tried to bring it back in for repair they back peddled.. I was without my car for months but the owner acted like he was the one who was put out somehow. If the job was more than you can handle, you should have never accepted it. Owner and staff are very nice people but the repair work is not very good in my opinion and I will not be going back for any future repairs.

These two men have several years of experience. They can fix about anything.
