They offer curbside pickup. They are very efficient. If going in Mask are required to enter, So please be courteous and wear one.The staff are very knowledgeable on what hair products youll need to get the color you want and they are super friendly..Even with the Covid19 they still keep good hours . The store is clean and organized..
I do not recommend ordering online. I had the option for free shipping 5-7 day delivery or pay 6.95 for priority and 10 days is when i will get my product and not all of it will be shipped. I should have taken the free shipping. The ladies in Seymour Store are amazing but i do not recommend ordering online. I want my 6.95 back for shipping that i paid. Also i have a credit card with them that i used for this purchase as well. Im sorry Sally Beauty but i think your online system is terrible.
Terrible, lady was very nice but convinced me to buy a product that didn’t even work. very unsatisfied will be going there in the morning to speak w/ the manager.
If zero stars were possible that’s what I would give. They never have colors in stock. Never get greeted or help and today I get accused of shoplifting but yet the police said there was nothing on video. The b!+€h working was stuck up and should have been arrested for false accusations. She left the store and that’s when we supposedly stole stuff. So now I will be seeing her in court and I will be suing Sally’s. She wouldn’t give her name but it will be in the report. Hopefully she enjoys her last days of working at Sally’s. ✌️Deuces B!+€h.
My girlfriend sometimes asks me to go into the store and get her some makeup or hair dye from Sallys and every time I go in there the girls there are so nice and welcoming! The store is always so clean and tidy. They make sure to ask if you need any help and if you do they do their best to get you what you need. I would highly recommend going to the Sallys in Seymour over the one in Columbus! The staff there is horrible.
I went in yesterday to get some hair coloring products, the young lady was helpful at helping me find what I needed. But as she gave me what I needed I sat in the cup holders of my stroller and she would then pick it up out of there as if I was going to steal it or something.
Never has product in.... always an excuse as to why...
When your the only customer out of 10 others that 2 associates are following your every move you cant help but hope that it is not because of your 8 year old biracial daughter. You just lost a very dedicated customer. Racial profiling is very wrong and considering you have a ethnic section of products I suggest you get your associates brought up to modern day actions or your going to have a lot of product sitting on your shelf. Completely appalled by my experience. Will never return.

Went to Sallys today to get patches for waxing my eyebrows and have been there several other times this week. Each time I went by they were closed during normal business hours that are listed on the window, with a paper sign hand written saying closed sorry for the inconvenience . But today when I went there were 2 or 3 girls sitting in there cutting up and laughing with the door propped open and said they were closed. Who pays someone to be there who isnt even working to sell anything??.. Im sure at least one of them are getting paid to do absolutely nothing other than turn potential customers away. Some business. This place is a joke and way over priced. I would give it 0stars if it were an option. What a disappointment.
Helpful ladies and great products. Terrible coupon system and terrible register system. With all the signage you wouldnt think they had to look up all the sales. I had to go back in and have them fix something they missed and it was very time consuming.
