Came in to get a loan on a few items, daughter of the owner was very rude and refused to take just about anything I brought in... offered me $10 for a complete Matco impact socket set, as well as a full set of thin wall sockets for alloy wheels. Mind you, this was for loan and sale, no difference in price. Also was refused on games (said they don’t care for them and just left them behind the counter without telling me first that they were not interested, as well as an iPad) Worst experience I’ve had in a pawn shop. No greeting as I came in, and when I left I said have a good day and the daughter was quite cocky and nobody said have a good day. Wouldn’t recommend coming here to sell any items or get a loan.

If I could give no stars...I would...DO NOT GO 2 this place. Save your time & money. Went twice was closed. So unprofessional...the help is comical. The people that run the place are insulting & not worth anyones hard earned money or time. Even in the wrong they state they have other sales on eBay so take it or leave it. If youre reading this...take my advice...head my warnings of mines and others that have taken the time to write a review. Stay away from this place. Simple and plan.

They held a TV for me until I could get to them later in the afternoon! It was waiting for me to test it when i walked through the door and they offered to walk it to my car. Awesome service

They sell me an iPhone but they never told me that the iPhone had problems, I get in contact with them trying to Explain then what happened to the phone and they told me they cannot do anything so I lost my money I will not buy nothing else from them and I recommend to everybody not to buy nothing from them

They went out of their way to help me purchase an item from them, they allowed me to try out the machine I purchased. I found it there for the best price. The machine was retailed for $1500 I got it for $200. More than fair deal in my favor. I drove an 1-1/2 hour to purchase it, they opened extra early to accommodate me. Well worth my time.

These people here are rip offs. There prices are marked up well over 20% on everything. To save you from a financial bind do not pawn anything from here. I pawned a gun for $150 an had to pay $362 to get it out. It was only in there for two months things didnt add up they wouldnt respond when I asked the about it. I have a friend who has a pawn with them now an their skimming money off the top. They only take cash payments because its harder to keep track of the money versus electronic payments. My friend paid on time but the monthly balance has gone up on the account in like the last three months. Sydmors just got robbed in January so Im thinking that their trying to recoup the money or financial damage through there customers. Dont trust this place this is a bad business to deal with. I never like to bash any business even if their service is bad because usually its not the owner its the employees. But in this case dont learn the hard way like me an my friends. Please stay away from this business.

The owner Jen was such an understanding and polite woman! I recommend doing business with her! They also have all sorts of goodies in their shop!! They are not open 24-7 tho like it says bc i did ask the owner and she said she changes it but it still keeps saying it is. So make sure you get the correct hours

Awesome Pawn Shop!!Ive been too many pawn shops in my life and Seymour Pawn & Jewelry by far is the best pawn shop Ive ever been in very friendly staff and they pay very very high.I recommend them to anyone whether you are selling something, pawning something or just looking to buy something at a good price they will really go out of their way to help you out. You just get a very good feeling when youre in there.

I love this Pawn Shop! Awhile back my dog had gotten very sick and I needed to get her medication. No one was there for me. :( I asked family and friends and not one person Helped me! I needed $375 and $600 for my Vet bill ... I had my diamond engagement ring from a previous divorce that I dont want, but also dont wanna sell right now.. So I took a loan out on it .. I called them told my situation they said come on down will help you out. They gave me a $1000 loan.. Thanks to Seymour Pawn I was able to get the medication and save my dogs life.. I would highly recommend them. Very Family Friendly Atmosphere.

Spoke to them on the phone and they agreed to price match for a 3DS. They were nice enough to also hold the store open a few minutes extra as I told them I would be there after closing.Very friendly people and a nice shop.

I love family owned and operated store front. Not only was the staff knowagilabe about everything in there, the staff is very nice and you get that family feel, I love it and will be in their a lot more, the leaf blower I got for Bryan is outstanding and a great price..

This is the second time I walked into this pawn shop & both times I walked in I just got looked at until I said something. I told them what I had and they said they’d take a look. One guy told me for my guitar and speakers it’d be $50. So I asked how much just the speaker was and he said oh I’m not interested in the speaker. So I’m other words you were going to take my speakers for free if i didn’t question it. No thank you.

A nice married couple owns this shop and they are very friendly and outgoing, they are a tad strict on their policy and procedures like paying cash only for loans on items they have very reasonable prices for other items that are for sale like current video games and tools. If they know you well they allow an extra day or two to pay for your carry over fee on items you have pawned with them.

Aweful place to bring any merchandise. They beat you up on the prices and are very rude. No one has permission to make any decisions and always have to wait to hear from owner who is rude and doesnt give you any help at all. I dont recommend giving any of these people your buissness as if they cant take advantage of you their not interested. I wanted to bring in my 2008 Lincoln mkx fully loaded in great condition. Blue booked at 4,000 at the very least with clean title was only asking for a $300-$400 dollar loan for a week and was turned away with no reason and not a care of what emergency I had. So no they dont go out of their way like many of these reviews suggest and felt very disrespected since Ive done nothing but good buissness with the shop. So for them to just turn their back and offer no reason or even try to work with me has lost them a customer but many others as well....!!!
