Customer service was not good, the guy really didnt want to help he never heard of the extra miler and did not no what he was doing. When I asked him something simple he just. Looked at me like a deer in the head light.

I went in because I needed a flywheel but they couldnt find it. Then Rod says You should ask Juan to find it because he knows where everything is and Miguel said Right, we call him Juanado. Juan went to go look and immediately found it. He also recommended I replace the bolts and borrow their torque wrench. Rod said Right because every manufacture has different torque specifications for their flywheels and Juan says Right.

Stopped in at midway point of a long trip and having battery trouble with my Harley. Hector and Miguel helped me tremendously by quickly responding to my needs, offering advice on the best way to resolve my issue and getting me back on the road. Best auto zone customer service ever!

Worked with Blad at the Shafter store. He was phenomenal. Helped me out with a battery replacement. Would highly recommend. If you walk into the Shafter Autozone store, ask for Blad. You wont be disappointed.

I was having trouble finding the right oil filter wrench for the filter in my car this morning and Edward Z found an oil filter exactly the same size as the one in my car and helped me find the perfect wrench! He was super respectful and nice!

The staff at this store is disrespectful and it was disappointing to see the lack of professionalism especially being the only store in this town. The men working didnt acknowledge my question and I stood there waiting for one of the three tp respond. I didn’t want them to hold my hand. After, me walked in another man and he was greeted by all three employees but I guess that’s what happens when your not part of the “boy’s club”. The great thing about shopping in today’s era, is we have online shopping and I was able to get Google to help me with what Autozone couldn’t. Thanks for the experience AutoZone staff.

I called at 9:26am and autozone guy ramsey told me if I could hold, I said to call me back I have him my number. I asked for his name before I hung up. Here it is now 11:00am no call back from anyone. What happen to the customer service where they would call you back showing you they care!!!
