Oscar Martinez went above and beyond to make sure that my purchase did not interfere with my work by getting me started over the phone with a quote, directing me to their website to begin the financing application and providing me an approval all on the same day. Once we were ready to sign the paperwork, he met me at my work office all the way in Fresno! I didnt even ask for that, he just offered and that really made me feel taken care of. Excellent work to the Richland team.

Jorge was very informative. If he didn’t know the answer right away to my questions. He sought it out and got answers to all my questions. I contacted them numerous times, I replied to an automated email they sent me but was never contacted back.I got pre-qualified and made sure I contacted them through their site and a third party app where they had the car advertised and made them aware of the fact I was pre-qualified and interested but have yet to hear back from them.

The care for my car was great . Their professionalism was of caring and concern for my vehicle. The attendant even pointed out a refund was due to me and gave me the paperwork needed to fill out to receive my refund.

DONT GO HERE THE SERVICE ISNT GOOD .MECHANICS ARENT GOOD REPLACE THINGS THAT YOU DONT NEED BROKE THINGS ON MY TRUCK AND SENT IT HOME LIKE THST I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK SO THEY COULD FIX THERE SRCEW UP MY AIRBAG SENSOR THAT THEY BROKE LIGHT WAS ON DASH AND THE DIDNT SEE IT . MY HOOD WAS NOT SHUTTING RIGHT AFTER THEY WORKED ON MY TRUCK I SPOKE TO KEITH HE TRIED TO TELL ME HOW PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE BUT I DIDNT SEE IT WE HAD TO PIONT OUT THERE SCREW UPS. When I took truck there I told David what needed to be done .I TOLD HIM SERVAL THING THE BALL JOINTS WAS ONE OF THEM . THEY TOLD ME MY BALL JIONTS WERE GOOD BUT THEY REPLACED THE HUB AND PITARM. I PROBABLY DIDNT EVEN NEED THAT BECAUSE I HAD TO TAKE MY TRUCK TO A GOOD MECHANIC AND PAY AGAIN FOR MY BALL JOINTS TO BE REPLACED . I SPOKE TO KEITH ABOUT IT HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO A COUPLE OF MONTHS HAS PASSED. I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY AT CHEVY I WILL NOT GO BACK THEY SR EV NT GOOD AND I USE TO GO THERE THEY LOST MY FAMILYS BUSINESS SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND HEADACHE THEY
