Wanted to buy my sister some carnitas since I know this place has some, went in and bought some. The reason Im giving a 3 star rating is because we went in a little before closing and they started to turn the lights off as we were still walking around the store. I understand you need to close but to dont turn off the lights as you still have customers walking around. Another thing be more welcoming and have better customer service. The cashier looked irritated as well as the girl at the fruit stand. Im sorry but felt rushed. On the other hand the carnitas were good. I think they can improve if they can be a little more courteous to their customers. At least put on a smile as it would be kind and more appealing. My pictures arent great because the lights were being turned off.

I love coming to Shafter because I try to always get a Biónico here. They are delicious and very reasonably priced.
