Ive been home visiting for a week now and this has been my go-to study spot. The bragels are great! The coffee and lattes are amazing! And the people who work there are so warm, inviting, and friendly! I definitely recommend!

First time going here today and it was clean on the inside, very cozy. Only complaint that I have is I asked for room left to add creamer and sugar assuming the items would be self added. The girl who filled it up, had it overflowing pretty much and then I was told they add the creamer and sugar themselves due to covid.. which I totally get. But what I didnt understand is after informing me of this... the lady gave me a stirrer without wearing gloves. 🥴...

Stopped in to grab a quick cup of coffee ☕. Ill post another review after I swing back through there.

My daughter wanted to try a new coffee place so she chose Biggby. Definitely worth it! I had the honey cinnamon vanilla late and it was amazing!

Great cup of coffee with very friendly service

I loved everything thing that I ordered yesterday. The asaigo cheese bagel was perfectly toasted and delicious 🤤. I also ordered macaroons because I never had them before and I fell in love, my favorite is the raspberry and vanilla. I work at Starbucks and I rarely drink coffee I didnt make but I enjoyed both my caramel cold brew and the lissa Lucisious white chocolate + raspberry 🥴. Might order again today.

Great coffee staff could be friendlier. I used to get greeted when I’d walk in well not anymore :( seems like they might need a cup of good coffee .

Awesome place, super staff, great service! Highly recommend this place. I was working construction in the circle and manager brought out coffee for entire crew even though we had inconvenienced their customers, how kind of the staff to really pay it forward! The iced coffee and tea was delish! Thx Biggbys!

Drinks are very good and baristas always so friendly! They also have super cute pupcups for dogs!

My absolute favorite coffee spot in North East Ohio all Bri says they’re always extremely friendly and the coffee is to die for obsessed with the black forest latte. ❤️ Beautiful haze is also great.

Pumps have mold inside and not sanitary, they also fire workers for getting Covid-19, very Nasty restaurant!

I like the kids menu and all the non dairy options, except there is no non dairy whip cream. The staff was friendly and upbeat. The space was clean but the decor was very underwhelming. The few tables and chairs look and feel cheap. There is a tiny alternative wrong area that also follows the cheap underwhelming theme. When your company car out front is a Tesla but the inside of you shop looks like you didnt take any care or spend any money, makes the customers feel unappreciated. The environment is not very inviting. I had much higher hopes for this place.

Nice, cozy coffee spot. The staff are friendly. This was my first time stopping at this establishment. Good selection of items on the menu. Quick and friendly service. But I will say that I feel the prices are high in comparison to other local coffee shoppes.

Ive been living here 2 years and every trip back home I would go straight to Biggby for my Butter Bear latte. Now they have one here in Cleveland. YES!!!

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere and great coffee! It’s a nice little addition to the neighborhood, they have great drinks and the cookies and muffins are fantastic! Would highly recommend the tuxedo muffin and Bigg cookie!

As a native of East Lansing, with memories of the original Beaners of 1995, it’s wonderful to have this in the thick of The Heights now. The only problem is the popularity - it has quickly become a true watering hole for JCU and UH that it’s hard to find parking!

Terrible, I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl on the register taking my order . She was more concerned about what was on her cell phone than taking my order . She had these dirty sunglasses on her head used her sun glasses as a head band, I mean does Biggby not have a dress code ???? when I first walked in her mask was off, her eyes were watery, I was disgusted . If it wasn’t for my daughter wanting a strawberry creme freeze I would have left . Hopefully management see this and fix this PROBLEM .
