What has happened to this store? I was so disappointed to see the sorry state and condition of this store today. If this is new management, go back to the way it was before! The aisles were cluttered and items strewn everywhere! I won’t be back anytime soon. I traveled to this one bypassing several other dollar stores just to shop here. Clean up this store!

This was the first time Id been in a dollar tree store in a while. Was impressed with the cleanliness, tidyness and the store being fully stocked. Will be going back soon!

Good and neat store. Only problem at time is only 1 cashier which is trend among many types of stores. Horrible how companies dont really care about is customers in this way.

We went to Dollar Tree today at Shaker Heights Dollar Tree there is a black female manager with a Short afro she is very nasty and when you ask a question shes very short with you why is she at Dollar Tree in Shaker we would not be going back did I store anytime soon and we are going to put this on the internet about her attitude and no custom need to be treated like that in our community

They had almost everything I needed at one time in the store. Didnt have to ask where stuff was. It was easy to find and I will be back.

There was know stock on the shelves so how can you shop with no merchandise.

Always has the little things I need and staff is friendly :)

There is Absolutely NOTHING On the shelves.. Im so Shocked And Disappointed.. None of the Dollar Trees have items like they use to.. ☹Where are the products!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dollar store. The manager “Steve” I believe was very rude and racist towards my children. We came in the store, he followed my children around stating one was stealing, all because she had an iPhone screen glass in her back pocket (mind you, I’m sure he seen this when she walked in) I politely told him I just gave it to her earlier today, I purchased them weeks ago at another dollar tree. I even showed him the one I had in my purse and tried to show him the receipt. He insisted I was lying and told me “people like you steal all the time” bringing my race up. He then said he was refusing my service and I couldn’t purchase anything. Such an insult to be treated like this at a DOLLAR STORE in shaker heights. I’ve never stole anything in my life and my children have never stole. If I could give this store 1 star, I would.

Very poor customer service, Cashiers are more concerned about joking around than taking care of customers. And have the nerve to act as if its there business, which if it was if would be out of business. My wife and I live a block away but we prefer to go to other locations.

They must be short of staff. Only one cashier,long line, lots of empty shelves, and boxes blocking aisles.

Dollar tree I appreciate the prices, but most of the time that I go there to shop, they are low on their products, selves to empty for me.

One of the most unorganized stores ever. Shelves are never stocked, the workers are constantly texting while taking care of customers. In which enables them to even say hello. One time a cashier had on a bonnet while working (satin one that you sleepin) horrible.

Wonderful place with many dollar options and overall nice atmosphere. For a dollar store it is really clean most of the time and the customer service isnt bad just the whole line to the cash register situation could be fixed because sometimes there is only one line open.

This store closed while we were in line. He told everyone to leave. It was 3:00 in the afternoon! That was terrible. After shopping around for 20 minutes, then having to go to another store!😮🤭🙁😞 worst store EVER! March, 30 2019

As usual, at peak times daily, lack of staffing means long lines. However, today, when walking into the store I noticed there was one cashier with a very long line. By the time I got to the register, there were three registers with three lines, but then one of them was closed when I tried to go in that line. So three lines condensed to two. If the line situation ever gets worked out, that would eliminate one of the big problems this store has. Also, very unfortunate that they ran out of a style of balloon a few of people already paid for...not prepared for todays holiday rush unfortunately.

I always find a good bargain and sometimes I even come across name brand items. Everythings organized and easy to find. Great selection, everyones friendly. Sometimes lines can get long

This location is often very poorly stocked.In general, I love Dollar Tree. They have lots of good values, and unlike other dollar stores, everything is $1.

Worst dollar tree ever. I rather travel to another dollar tree than the dollar tree located at 17075 Chagrin Blvd. The short African-American broad with the glasses is rude, disrespectful and a piss-poor example of what an employee should be.Your employees should not be walking down the aisle talking on the phone. They should be helping customers that need help. Perhaps Dollar Tree does not care about their customers. They must figure that since their products are only a dollar you should put up with cheap customer service as well.

I was surprised to see how clean and orderedly it was. Everything was in its place, and your selection was equally as impressive. Good job, my friend.

This store is terrible. Floors are dirty. The entry doors are always full of fingerprints and make a noise like they are about to break. There is always long lines because the store appears to be understaffed. Very disappointing because it is located in a beautiful well-maintained shopping plaza

Never fully stocked, most cases the stock is stacked in the isles. I was there Saturday and only one register was open, the line was almost to the freezer area in the back of the store. The poor cashier asked for backup Four Times and when it came the associate was on her cell phone! On one visit to this store there was a loud verbal fight between two associates, the cashiers ignored it, I had to tell them that they need to send someone back there because it sounded like someone was going to get hurt. Every visit brings a new delema.

Store is disgraceful and filthy be located in Shaker heights. Outside appearance is always dirty and its windows covered with dirt and grime.Its floors are unkept and dirty. Shelves are Poorly Stocked and the store has a stale/Mold smell. Store is poorly managed.

If I could give this no stars I would. The people who work here are rude and inconsiderate, especially the women for NO reason. I only continue to go here cause its the closest store around me and I have the need. They only ever have one register open even if theres 20 people in line. Its ridiculous.

They were great sports about blowing up a large number of balloons right on the spot!!!!!!

One man who looked like he didnt even work there kicked me and my friends out accused of stealing and he saw our money and still kicked us out and they barely enough money they use other store bags like CVS and Walgreens
