Excellent service! I have owned a very nice, commercial Precor elliptical for several years. Bought it when a local gym closed down. Its my baby and was always my most favorite elliptical so I always wanted one. I did not realize that the reason the display kept cutting off unless I went at a crazy pace was because the battery was shot. I called this company and Jennifer immediately got back got to me, sent me a quote, and scheduled her technician to come out. The technician looked everything over and even educated me about the condition of my machine. He also made sure I got registered as the owner of the machine since the original owner never did. It took one more visit because the battery needed to be ordered. The 2nd technician came out on time and installed the battery and reset the club settings for me. I highly recommend this company for taking care of commercial equipment. I love the fact that they have large commercial contracts yet they find the time to take care of the little guy too! Professional. On time. No hidden costs. Excellence in motion.

I had an 8 year old recumbent stationary bike that required repair. Fitness Machine Technicians correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary repair part, and had my bike operational in nine working days from the date of my first call. Both technicians involved in the diagnosis and repair and everyone who was involved in this process provided exceptional service. I really appreciate their skills, knowledge, professionalism, and expertise. Spencer, Kyle, and especially Jennifer did a superb job. Should I have any further need of repair for my exercise equipment, I will certainly turn to Fitness Machine Technicians for service.

I own a Precor elliptical machine that had stopped working last summer. Called this company and they sent out a very young technician who indicated that I needed either a new console or a new mother board. ( as an aside, he left a large black oil stain on my carpet and he never said anything) The call out charge was very expensive and then they asked for $450 to order a refurbished mother board which I did . It took weeks to arrive and when it was installed the machine still did not work. I was now out of pocket some $600. and the machine was still broken! I asked Jennifer Houghton the franchise owner and she said I needed a new console and it would be an additional $900. She also claimed that it still may or may nor work. In my opinion, this is a fraud and luckily I found a reliable and professional company who could see the console worked just fine and the so called refurbished $450 mother board was still damaged! The other company has sent it off to be fixed for a total cost of $125.

I appreciate your organization in several respects. The technician not only assembled the exercise bike he instructed me about important aspects of it functions. In addition, the young man adjusted the seat and pedals to to my height and he instructed me regarding specifics of the bike that made reading the manual more effective. He was efficient, professional and personable.I also benefitted greatly from conversations with Ms. Houghton the business owner. She took time to advise me about her services while informing me about the quality of fitness machines both generally and specifically. In summary I received 5 star service at all levels.

They did an amazing job, very considerate and even called to see if they could come 2 hours earlier than scheduled! I would definitely hire them again!

Very disappointed with the service. Besides the fact that they charged $145 and could not fix my treadmill, the technician Kyle was rather rude. He came in and began taking apart my treadmill. He then saw my children’s books sitting on my bookcase. He then asked if I was a teacher and then started completely BASHING my profession! He completely did not spare his opinion of how underpaid teachers are, how bad schools are, and how poor of a job some teachers are doing in this online environment. So rude! He then asked me what district I worked for which was completely NONE of his business. I’m SURE he would have bashed that as well. Such a negative person! Totally did not need your negative opinion about a profession that I LOVE and have completely dedicated my life to! Word to the wise - it would probably be best if you just came, did your job, and not COMPLETELY insult people on your way out the door! Very unhappy!

The process was efficient and timely. My treadmill was properly disassembled, transported and reassembled and is working great. The only thing that could have been improved is if the company had its own van instead of having to rent one which entails an additional fee. It was worth it to have my treadmill in my new house though!

Hi Jennifer,I wanted to tell you Spencer and Lavante (onsite staff) did a great job, sadly the motor cover was damaged by either Costco or the carrier who delivered it but Spencer helped me through calling Nordic Track etc. and getting a new replacement part! I am very disappointed with this company.and Iwill never do business with this company again. the technician that came to service my treadmill cracked both railing on my treadmill and did not tell me. i found out after he had left. He started talking about the black lives riot and president Trump saying things that were not true.I told him to get his fact correct brfore speaking on it. Iguess he got angry and took it out on my treadmill.Ipaid $144.79 for service charge and $232.20 for repairs a total of $379.99 too much money for him to destroy my property. The company offer to compensate me only $20.00.what can you get fixed for $20. unhappy customer

I ordered a treadmill and wanted someone professional to assemble it. Called FTM and they sent out two guys to do the job. I am so happy I had this done...they were professional, clean, and timely. About an hour later I was on my treadmill:) I would definitely recommend!

Exceptional in every way. We have 20 year old Star Trac commercial treadmill. Its a workhorse. Needed belt replacement, new front roller. Our tech was Calvin. He was courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. The owner of the franchise Jennifer, communicated well. Returned phone calls promptly, expedited parts, etc. So rare to experience service quality at this level.

I was very fortunate to find Jennifer and Fitness Machine Technicians last year when I first needed service for my 1995 treadmill. Calvin was sent in response to my call and couldnt have been more pleasant, efficient, and persistent in tediously adjusting the track for nearly an hour until he was sure that everything was back in original running order.And when the treadmill stopped cooperating months later again, Jennifer was able to send Calvin and partner out the next morning, wherein they very quickly determined that the motor had died and needed replacement, since neither motor repair nor replacement was feasible or available for a 1995 vintage treadmill. Plus the manufacturer of which was no longer in business.So Im now shopping for a replacement, treadmill, but with the assurance and peace of mind that FMT will be there for me to help remove the current machine from the basement and assemble the new one in its place.This is a great company and personnel to deal with thanks to their honest and very competent service and willingness to go the extra mile for its customers.

I wish Id called these guys first! Unfortunately, I called Sears first and they put in bad parts then told me they couldnt order new ones. I was out $400 with them. The Fitness Machine Technician who came to my house took his time running diagnostics, was completely honest with me about the state of my machine and, although he offered to make the repairs, he helped me to decide it was better to throw the thing out rather than invest more money. His bill was $60. I cant recommend them highly enough.

After the initial email consult we decided to give them a try, since they were so nice. Technician came, was here for about 15 minutes, disassembled the spinning bike and said the belt needed to be replaced. Price for the home visit $145.00. Then after they got the belt, they said to come and install it it will be another home visit. You would think that coming to finish the job will be one single visit...but no. They offered a discount: $135.00. So to fix my bike I paid $280.00. Totally absurd. I’m very disappointed. I willnever use them again or recommend to my spinning community.

We were very pleased with the quick response to a request to relocate an elliptical to a new residence. They have reasonable prices and we think the elliptical was reassembled in better condition than before it was moved. Nordictrack, the manufacturer, never contacted us even though we paid in advance to have them disassemble and relocate the equipment originally.

Needed repairs & service on an very old NordicTrack Skier and a less old Nordictrack bike. So very glad I found Fitness Machine Techs! Communications and service were prompt, fees were reasonable and everything works great again. Professional and very good to deal with!

When our treadmill suddenly stopped working, I did some searches to determine if I could solve the problem myself. After a couple attempts, it was clear I needed some more experienced and knowledgable help. Fitness Machine Technicians (FMT) responded to my inquiry promptly and was able to come out and examine our machine within two days. As it turned out, we needed an expensive replacement part; however, FMT helped me inquire about the warranty on our machine, and as it turned out, we were still covered. Couldnt be more pleased with their prompt replies and friendly service.
