I bought and had the Vanilla custard & strawberry Lemon fruit Ice, which is now my favorite but to find there deleting this item . Wish they would keep it cause its the best. Please bring it back, Sooo yummy 😋

Having heard compliments of their vegan options, i ordered delivery of several pints. my order was well within their operating hours, per this merchant’s configuration in this delivery app. i had 30 minutes to spare.declining my order would have been fair to all involved. instead, they simply let that half hour run to expiration with their failure to confirm or decline. the coward’s gambit.this is worse than locking the front door 30 minutes to close. a locked door is clear signal an establishment has closed early. this digital passive-aggression gave me hope the order would eventually be confirmed.was there a family emergency? did the two remaining workers decide to spark one up at the end of the shift or plow each other in the broom closet? i hope one of the latter two. regardless, next time please decline my order explicitly rather than letting it timeout after half an hour.

This place isnt really an ice cream shop where you go to eat ice cream, its more of an immense stash of matcha green tea and other excellent flavors you cant buy here. Instead, stroll over a block or so to Rainbow or drive to Marin.
