The customer service at the Chagrin Sherwin-Williams is absolutely top notch! We ended up with some paint that wasnt quite right for the application and it didnt coat well - even after multiple coats. Scott went out of his way to salvage our customer experience, ensuring we ended up with walls that looked the way we expected. Thanks!

Matt is the BOMB!! He is very knowledgeable, friendly and provided tips for me to paint. I appreciated his work ethics and his skills handling multiple customers. He made me feel like I was the only one in the store! He also keep others apprised of what he was doing, i.e., working on a paint job, helping a customer, etc. The other customers weren’t inpatient at all. Great job Matt!!

I rarely go to other Sherwin Williams stores other than my home store. I really have to say, Brandon at the Shaker Hts. store was awesome! The overall experience was great and I would recommend this store to anyone near Shaker Hts.

I stopped in to buy paint for my fence and had no clue what I was doing. The team here was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I walked out with the right stain, brushes and realistic time-table for how long this was going to take me (which I massively underestimated before starting this project)

The service is phenomenal and the color selection/matching is fantastic! Fareed at the South Taylor location set us up with everything we needed for our next project. He also set us up with a product that was not available at this location at the Shaker Heights location with Nancy. She was equally amazing. Perfect purchase!

Great Service

Sherwin Williams have great paint, but we were surprised that the assistant couldnt tell us more about which to use. They knew nothing more about the paint than you could read on the side of the tin.Most the Shaker homes are similar in construction. Hundred year old plaster. You would expect the employees to be able to discuss what works well and the actual user experience both plus and minus for each paint.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is big and has all of the necessary supplies. Prices are out of control..$52.00 a gallon paint that doesnt cover any better than Home Depot $15.00 paint..the quality of paint has gone down hill for many years now and then public accepts it and pays the price. Weatherbeater latex back in the 80s was $8.00 a gallon and covered in one coat. I cant believe a company this size cant come up with a better product. Darker blue over creme didnt cover in one coat...how sad.
