I just randomly stopped in and found a goldmine. Come for a free cola, stay for the music, and get an amazing watch, leather product, journal or bike. Its all high quality items from the Detroit manufacturing revitalization. Austin was fantastic! I could chat with him all day. This is definitely my first choice for leather gear. Enjoy!

Purchased a beautiful watch that was perfectly fitted - the team members were very friendly and helpful!

Drove 45 minutes to buy a watch. The band was a different color than I wanted. Salesperson refused to change the color even though there were several options available on their custom wall. Didnt want to spend on extra $100 for something I didnt want. None factory store will be more flexible.

Not only is this store and the products extremely cool, I was also very impressed with their customer service. If you have never been to a Shinola store, check this one out! Marcy is an excellent manager who knows how to treat her customers right!
