I ordered a specific vintage LED bulb for use in a bathroom light fixture. I was sent a very similar, but different bulb than that which I ordered. I was never contacted regarding the substitution, and when I contacted the company was told that I could send the bulb back for a refund. It is disappointing they would not offer to pay for shipping for the return (since it was already $7 to ship the wrong bulb to me in the first place) or simply issue a refund.

I had no issue with the shipping time - it was fast for being around Christmas, but the 5 stars is for the fast resolution of an issue - I will do business with them again!

I ordered numerous items, and when I received them a few of the bulbs were not the ones I had ordered. I hadnt looked at every single one when the order came, but on two different days about 2 weeks apart, I had contacted the company about the mistake they had made. They took care of me within a day both times! I will order through them again because to me, finding items I want is great, but a hassle free return/refund scores even higher.

I saw some of the previous posts and they concerned me enough to call them before placing my order. The gentleman who called me back, assured me that my order will be processed as requested. And they did. Their communication may appear less than timely or a little short but my experience was that I got exactly what I ordered at a good price. To their point, I have to remember that they are Amazon or other giant retailers. Will order again. Thanks,

This company withdrew money from our condo account and didnt ship the items. When we reached out to them, suddenly the items shipped later that day. The shipping notice said they shipped 8 items, which we ordered. When the package arrived, only 6 of our items were there. They said it would be about a month before the rest of the items were available, but offered us a refund in lieu of waiting.Terrible customer service. I recommend NOT using this company.

Good customer service. It did take a while to receive the part. This company went above and beyond.

Ordered bulbs Nov 29th for a Christmas display; were to arrive in 7-10 days per order confirmation. Never received shipment tracking so contacted seller who then said bulbs would be coming in to his stock by Dec 9th and re-shipped out immediately. I am located only a few miles from seller. Expected bulbs by Dec 12th; they did not arrive; no tracking as was promised on his website; therefore contacted seller on Dec 15th who responded on Dec 16th that bulbs were not yet in his inventory but would arrive to him by Dec 19th; thus I guesstimate they would be to me by Dec 22nd if he shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Way too late! This seller works out of his residence in a 100% residential-zoned neighborhood so it is improbable that he actually maintains any inventory. He did promptly issue a refund. Just a salesman for a lighting broker?

Placed an online order on 9/5, called and cancelled on 9/30. Received no update that the bulbs I ordered were not in stock, and no update regarding my order was received. I was refunded my money.

After 2 weeks waiting to receive the items and after I contacted them they tell me they dont have it. otherwise I was still waiting for the parts.

Slow shipping.
