Next-day professional delivery was on-time. Polishing services were offered upon purchase and completed within days. Every aspect of my experience was exceptional.

After 38 years of a reconditioned spinet that a piano tuner no longer thought feasible to tune, we finally got a brand new Kawai piano. The mahogany finish wowed my wife, and after stumbling upon it by chance at a sale held at Mount Union College in October, we were able to get both a discount and a years financing, and it was delivered sooner than expected! An early Christmas present!

My wife and I recently purchased a used Weber baby grand from the Cleveland store at the Mount Union piano event in Alliance. Bob the sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had the piano delivered the next day an have been enjoying it ever since.
