Line is always out the door and they’re severely understaffed. The employees themselves have always been very pleasant and polite! I think this store is under poor management. It’s also a bit dingy and dirty inside. Once I was in line with my kids and a guy who seemed to be the manager came and asked me to scoot aside because I was blocking them from helping other customers. He acted like we were a huge inconvenience! There wasn’t really anywhere for us to go so I tried to move us aside as best I could and we were squashed between the counter and a nasty sticky trash can without a liner. I avoid coming here when I can.

I had to ship 3 packages on 1/4/2021 and I had an outstanding experience!Antoinette was the UPS Representative that took care of me and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and very kind.She is representing UPS very well and I will be returning to that location for all of my shipping needs!!

Made two back-to-back notary appointments (in advance) online (for me and my husband) for 12:30pm and 1pm today. We got there at 12:15, and was told the notary was on a 90 minute lunch break, and wouldn’t be back until 1pm. We leave and come back at 1, and are told that we missed the notary again; he came back early from his “lunch break” and decided to immediately drive to Akron, and would be gone for the rest of the afternoon. Moral of the story: get your documents notarized ANYWHERE else, because this notary won’t be there when you need them.

Shipping with a prepaid label is not the issue. Printing is my problem. The first time I printed there I had a three page document. I was charged 10¢ per page which was reasonably priced in my opinion. I then return a few weeks later to have one page print and was charged 60¢! REALLY?!? I asked why I was charged that much and the young guy answered that printing is 60¢ and copies 10¢. That makes no sense to me! Also, I noticed this guy went to print from the back office, whereas before the first trip, the guy print at the copy machine behind the counter. I didn’t feel like arguing nor pulling up a bank statement of the discrepancy, as he already told me my document name was weird and I told him if he see what’s printed it was a shipping label with “shipping label“ in the name of document title. Seriously, you work at a location where packages are shipped. Upset with overall service and experiences at this location.

We use this store all the time when shipping things or returning things to Amazon and the people are friendly and I have never had a problem. It may get crowded certain hours however an excellent facility.

My package was delayed in getting to me, through no fault of anyone in particular. I needed this package on the day it was scheduled for delivery. I got emotional at the sheer frustration of UPS central customer service line I was on the phone with, and a particularly stressful week. This offices staff went above and beyond at the end of their day to track my package, the driver, and coordinate delivering it to my apartment just 30 min later outside of working hours. Excellent customer service and I am incredibly grateful.

Will never use this branch again. Lied about my packages. Said they hadnt been delivered but I looked around and found them Im the middle if the floor. Then they kept one and returned to sender. The company billed me $45 for returned merchandise. The staff is rude especially the young one with glasses that works weekends. Rude and racist. The management is a jokes. I left at least 4 messages. After 11 months still waiting for a call back. Ill take my chances with porch pirates!

Staff is very rude and busy in their mobile phone rather than attending to customers. When you ask them for details as to how this courier is going to go or what are the caveats, they do not tell any details. When you call them to ask questions or troubleshoot tracking (faulty tracking number), they put you on hold for several minutes and then hang up. Ridiculous service!!! Please think twice before going to this particular store, I have been to other UPS stores which are much attentive and attend to your needs.

This store is a poor representation of a decent company.I sent a shipment (a key) to Cincinnati Ohio in August and the shipment was flagged as missing. After tracking the package for a couple weeks and calling the UPS store for updates, it was finally declared lost. I was told by the then store manager, Phil, that he would help me resolve this issue, by refunding the shipment cost and the value of the Lost package. I spoke with Phil at the end of September and a couple weeks later in early October. He assured me that a refund had been processed, that I would get a check for the insured cost of the package, and this will take a couple weeks. When I called the store in November, I learned that Phil no longer worked for UPS. The new store manager assured me that he would pick up this open claim and help towards resolution. I was told that he would call me back after a few days to give me an update. That was before the holidays and I still havent heard anything. I called back today, 1/4/19, and was told that the store manager will be out on vacation for another week. The store representative refused to even take my name down, to leave a message. He literally said no disrespect, but obviously theyre (the manager) not returning your messages, so your best bet is to call back. I no longer live in Shaker or I would have gone to the store and personally given them a piece of my mind. I am calling to resolve everything from Massachusetts and Im completely dumbfounded at the treatment Ive received.Ive spoken with UPS corporate call center and will be filing a claim with their corporate retail solutions Department. when I shipped the package, UPS Shaker took my money immediately. When the package was lost, the recipient cashed my check for the lost key (the item I shipped) immediately. However, the resolution of this issue does not seem to be a priority. Frankly, I am sick of store Representatives thanking me for my patience.Terrible, terrible customer service.

Buyer beware!! I paid for them to package, insure, and ship a fragile item. It broke in transit. They paid to replace the item, then charged me TWO AND A HALF TIMES the original shipping charge to ship it a second time. $220!! I told them I already paid for them to ship it. The clerk replied, well take care of it. Then took it out of my reimbursement which wasnt ready for weeks, then said I agreed to it.

THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Owner could care less too.My mother in law sent my kids and husband a bunch of items through this store. She had THEM pack it up and send it to us.When the box arrived to me at my work (still sealed) my sons card was missing out of the box. I called my mother-in-law to make sure she had actually shipped it with the rest of the items and hadnt decided to mail it. She said she gave it to the man that works there to pack with the rest of the items. She said she was going to go there right now and talk to them.She talked to a man at the front counter and told him what was missing out of the box and that there was some cash in it (over $100). He said no problem and even acted like it had happened before. He had her fill out a claim form and told her when the owner came it, he was sure he would reimburse her. Well, the owner never called her back, but they had given her the owners cell phone number so she called him. Eventually, she got to speak with the owner and he could have cared less. Didnt offer to replace anything. She even had paid extra for the insurance.I would def think twice before choosing to ship through these people.
