I was in yesterday afternoon and there was only two people working, the store was pretty busy for the staff level. In the face of that challenge, the man and lady working were helpful, fast and efficient. They made sure every single customer was made a priority and that they were given personal service. They communicated between each other with absolute precision to make sure they greeted and attended to each customer personally. This isnt customer service you see often.Thanks for being awesome and helping replace my battery.

Customer Service here is awesome! They are always seeking to assist you whether it is locating a part or having a check engine light checked out. Other automotive parts store has you do it yourself. Highly recommend coming here when it comes to self service before going to a major mechanic.

I stopped for a battery for my car FOB. The worker had no mask on, unlike other workers in the store. I asked if company policy was to wear masks. He answered with a flippant Corporate wants us to wear them, but they dont provide them, so I dont. I asked he knew he was endangering himself and customers. He didnt care. It was tast time Ill go to AutoZone.

Solid quick parts store.

Used to live on this side of town (dont anymore) so I spent a lot of Saturdays going from Jordan to here and this place always had the part, piece, or advice I needed. The staff knows their stuff and is pretty helpful compared to other chain retailers. Im a bit surprised, though, that they dont have a way to look up the stock exhaust diameter for an F150. I would think that would be pretty basic information.

Service is always good, these guys always seem to be knowledgeable, and able to help and answer questions I have. I actually came back here for the first time in a couple years and I do have to say that I was a bit disappointed in the seemingly drastic price increases in many of the parts I used to get as recently as 3 or 4 years ago, that have about doubled in price. I noticed too, that the rewards program has changed as well. You have to spend a whole lot more money, and in half hour intervals I guess? To get the good old $20 reward credit. Was a lot different than what I was used to, compared to the prior 15 or so years of being a loyal auto zone customer. Just cant help but wonder if the parts are that Mich more?? Or if they just doubled many of their prices on parts, in addition to getting about 1500% more stingy on the rewards program. A little disappointed in that. Guy helping me was cool though, they always are as I said.

Checked my engine code and told me what it meant. Went the extra mile to check my coolant and suggest product that I needed. Engine light is gone! Brandin was extremely helpful. Cudos to Auto Zone for hiring him. I go back there for the outstanding service I receive every time I go there.

Do not recommend the NOM smart led starter kit. I paid 50$ for some cheap led lighting kit. Kit does not come with adheasive prep or swaps. Says its bluetooth but location needs to be on aswell for no known/stated reason. The extension cable will fall out of the led strip easily so do not place in a hard to reach spot. Cannot hard wire system as stated without adding a fuse or the controller will short and not turn back on. Highly recommend regular led lights and to wire in yourself

Shakopee, MN on July 26 2019My car would not start over by Famous Footwear, called my dad like a lot of daughters and he walked over to Autozone and this lovely woman (can’t remember her name but she was shorter with long dark hair and some arm tattoos) helped him and gave him some spray, couple tools and paper towels to BORROW and my car was up and running again! Working in the customer service industry myself as a cosmetologist I have never been treated that nice from a place of business, you just don’t come across big chain businesses that would offer you a lending hand when you are down, most are out there to make a buck or just simply don’t care about being at their job. I just would love for her to know that she made my dads day but even more you made my day!! Thank you sooooo much!!

The staff in this store is amazing! I am not a car person....apparently I cannot even change my own windshield wipers. First I ordered the wrong ones on Amazon, so they didnt fit, then I went to Auto Zone for help. They hooked me up with the right wipers and when I couldnt put them on myself the employee put them on for me.....The offered to take the garbage! Excellent service! Will definitely go back to Auto Zone on 17th in Shakopee!!

Went in for a new battery. Friendly guy. Even took out the old and put in the new battery for me. I was impressed.

The employees here are helpful when it comes to choosing specific brands based on their experience, but for more technical things you may have to ask your mechanic or car-obsessed friend.That aside, I have never run into an issue here and would recommend going to this store for auto parts!

The most ignorant, incompetent workers Ive ever had the displeasure of having to interact with - completely unhelpful and have absolutely no idea what theyre doing. I would suggest going to ANY other AutoZone you possibly can! Go the extra mile and save yourself a headache.

Extremely disappointed to have been told a part would be delivered at 12pm today to a service shop only to have to wait because the delivery driver forgot to give the part to the store when they made a delivery. I had to continue calling to check the status was told each time it would be there in 30 minutes!!! 3 HOURS later it finally arrived. I was told to have a nice day!!!

This place is decent so long as there arent any other customers in need. By that i mean youll typically wait in line too long when there is.. usually with something heavy in your hands. Staff is generally very helpful.. you will get a few boneheads that lack mechanical strength and boast awkward unintelligence. This usually rises off them hard enough the hairs in their ears sag when you make eye contact. Just keep questions simple and have a game plan for your visit. Order online and site to store if possible

I have been to many auto zones in my day. I have never been to one where they will help me with any concerns I have with my car, even if i didnt buy any parts from there. They were nice enough to change my battery(I didnt buy it there) and helped me with some small issues I been having. This Shakopee Autozone is amazing! Great honest group of people working there. Free code reading (tells you why your idiot light is on) and they usually have the parts to remedy the situation.Not all staff can tell you where the part they sold you goes, -1 star for that.

I purchased automotive paint and materials at the shakopee mn store.They gave me the wrong paint, it was Richard Petty Blue.My painter showed me the car, so we went back to get a refund or the correct paint. It was a major hassle and I was over charged, the correct paint I needed costed less then what I paid.I never got a refund for the difference.The guys at the counter really think they know it all.Guess what buddies?You Dont.I only went to this store because the guy who painted my car is local and he uses them.I wanted to use Welles, I knew these guys were bad news.Dont buy paint here! Beware!!!
