That Lady at the receiving has that bad attitude, I think she always brought her own problems to work, and she even need to.If i was the boss she must start looking for job somewhere else, not good for the company reputation

Lady at the front is rude as hell.. decent unload times tho but her attitude could use some real help.

Guy that is in the office is amazing to work with! always has a positive attitude and friendly. Makes delivering here a good experience.

They have a huge lot for maneuvering and parking. You can park during the day however you cannot park overnight. Show up on time for your appointment. Do not show up early it will not unload you unless someone has missed their appointment. Do not show up late you would just be worked in whenever. I showed up on time was unloaded within an hour. Also make sure you take in your drivers license, and they will come out to the truck to check the seal.

Receiving personnel is very lazy, they made me wait for my apt till 10am even though they did not have no-one in dock, so I was siting for 3 hr and and waiting for my apt, they got me in at my apt time though, but very unpleasant people, sorry but I am honest in my reviews ....

Matt is the man. Really Respectful. Makes my day a whole lot better. To whom it may concern PLEASE LET MATT HANDLE THE RECEIVING DEPT. ITS GOOD FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

Confuse for searching Receiving office. Take 20 mints. its near door 26. no any sign there. Rude Behaviour .

Receicer Matt in office was a big help first appointment at 0600. Fast professional service. Have paperwork and id ready when you walk in.

No overnight parking even the gate is open.Receiving hrs 6:00 to 14:30. Unloading was done in 30 mins

There is no overnight parking. There is a closed gate and no shoulders on the street out front. Quick unload 20 min before my appointment. Check in at door 26. Receiving says 6am so gate must open at 5:30ish.

Union company, this female receiver lady have a really bad attitude, annoying unfriendly and incompetent...waited for the green light....they forgot to push the right button and were unfriendly when I asked for it....11to 12 lunch....nothing goes.... pretty slow. Easy to back up...only good thing....no puplic restroom....

Fast. Live unloading less than 2hrs.

First appointment upon opening at 6am. In/out 30 min. Friendly.Edit: 2nd time here. Receiving lady in office had a bad attitude. Cranky. Spoiled my mood. 5 star reduced to 4 star. Fast unloading once again.(Rating/review subject to change)

Management is terrible, the go to answer is its Floridas fault. There is zero accountability at this facility. They tell you they care but the reality is they only care about cases out the door no matter the cost. The turn over rate is high leading to a total of lack of continuity. I suggest you stay as far from this place as possible. If you are a Southern customer, good luck with that.

Easy Docks, Dont show up early others way you get treat badly by Kim porter who will purposely make your your unload time twice as long.. There Break is from 11am to Noon. I had 11am appointment got here at 9:30am to be told I am super early (with a very pissed off tone). Then Kim tells me well you can have a door but your be waiting a long time cause there are two truck here and then their going to lunch at your appointment time. My reply Okay thank you then she she replies your be waiting a long time. I dont get upset its part of the trucking industry, kill people with kindness life to short when other people hate there life and spew hatered.

I had a great experience here, showed up at 10:20 for an 1100 appt and was given a door right away, and they had me empty by 11. I would come here again based on this experience and if you just do what you’re told to do, I’m sure you can have a similar experience and don’t expect a red carpet to be rolled out for you
