They are currently remodeling the inside looks very nice. Good juice and cigar selection. The staff is very helpful. They have some of their own house brands for juice.

Don’t go here it’s way too expensive. If your looking for vape juice etc in town go to top star. They literally have a $10 difference in products. Same stuff.

Love this place, employees are always friendly, and they try to work with you as much as possible on anything, my cartridge battery wasn’t working and I was upset at first that they couldn’t return the product. When the manager came out, and I had talked to her about it she was very patient and understanding, she worked well with me and though I wasn’t able to return the product she hooked me up with a new and better one. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!

I will not go back to this store. The products were not satisfactory. And agree with the other post that the tobacco is dry and hard to roll. I was treated with disrespect. Too many other great tobacco shops to go to buy my products.

Visited this store today and there were two young girls working if thats what you want to call it. I call it playing on their phones. When I asked for help the one that came over to me seemed mad to be asked to do what shes being paid for and even more upset that I had questions. Sorry for inturupting your text or facebook. How dare I a customer ! I liked their selection but wont spend money with rude people.

I bought a $17 bag of tobacco and its bone dry. I cant get a decent roll on my cigarette machine. For $17 bag of tobacco, it should be fresh and it should be not bone dry. If you smoke American spirit tobacco in the pouches do not buy it from the store. They pretty much told me too bad theyll give me a discount on the next one and I said why would I want to come back there if youre selling me dry tobacco. Im not sure, she said she got the order yesterday but if she got the order yesterday it wouldnt be dry, am I wrong? I buy a lot of merchandise from the store and for one of the major tobacco shops in the area they should have product that is fresh and sellable.

They usually come in clutch when I forget to order my coils/atomizers and have what I need in stock

I just stopped by here at 9:05am, and the store says that its supposed to be open at 9am, but the store was still locked up and no one inside...I also tried calling in case someone might be inside. The phone rang for a while and instead of going to voice-mail, the phone just hung up! So I thought Id try again, but again, the phone rang, then hung up...this isnt the first time either (for the store not being opened up on time)...you need someone reliable to open up shop...

Store was supposed to open at 9am... tried at 955am and again at 1130 and nobody had showed up yet. there were missed delivery stickers on the door and everything... no signage for changed hours, no voicemail with any explanation... disappointing

This store has a wide and diverse selection of tobacco products, and ecig juice and accessories. The lady working the register did her job perfectly, and answered all my questions accurately with professional courtesy. I was thoroughly impressed.

Pleasant staff, good selection.Theyve recently expanded their store, which means theyre either very popular or royally screwing people with their prices. Since the prices seem to be in line with or slightly lower than other tobacco shops in the area, it must be a reflection on their popularity.And one doesnt gain popularity if theyre not giving good guest service.

Had a great time here! The owner is nice and gave me a great deal. Ive never had a bad experience here. But from reading the other reviews your miles may vary.

Ive been going there for years and will continue to go there for my tobacco and vape needs. Not only did we purchase our cigarettes there, we got the Vape liquid we needed we purchased some incense, and browse for quite a while before leaving. It always has been a wonderful shop and I dont see that changing. I will definitely go back.

Have been loyal customer since i can remember about 18 years and the last 8 years have been terrible. Terrible products, terrible customer service, seems as if prices change every time i go. When you finally do find a good product, they never have it in stock including e cig juice! Come on guys are you kidding me. Its always something! Used to love going there but now its not even worth the 1 star i had to give it.

Simply the WORST pricing in the twin cities area and when I decided not to buy anything they accused me of stealing.Avoid.

They have a ok Selection of vape juices but the old man in there is extremely rude and I will not be returning simply because of the encounter I had with the Old man running the place. I really like the stafg and management of both this store and thier savage location. I have been going to them for years and they have good prices and are very knowledgeable. Today the stafg was very helpful and offered to show me how to build my coil and made me some e juice that i had gottwn the wrong pg/vg mix. They are really nice and helpful. And have tons of flavors.
