This Office Max offers superior customer service. The staff who works the print center named Mike greets and thanks you by name. Ive never experienced that at an Office Max. They are knowledgeable and are ready to assist with whatever needs you have.

They were able to print & cut the programs I needed after my printer at home took a kaput! They even saved me some money by printing 2 to a page!You ladies have saved my vacation! I am so appreciative!

I came to send out 10 biggish packages, Mike was working the counter and rocked it out in under ten minutes, give this guy a raise office Max. Keep up the good work Mike

Found the two inch self adhesive index tabs and they were cheaper than the ones I saw on line at competitor site. Quiet - was assisted promptly

They are always helpful with printing items for Scott County Young Life. One of their staff members named Scott is always helpful and incredible at customer service. Ive used them for every kind of printing, purchasing office supplies, and questions on anything that has to do with my computer.Scott was kind, patient, and extremely helpful.I will always come to this Office Max because of the help I get from Scott and the rest of the staff.

Poor service, employees didnt complete the work on time. Completely unapologetic staff acted like I was at fault for coming in too early.Needed my photos for a party the next day day. Put in the order online for same day printing and was told they would be ready by 7pm. Went into the store, rep told me he was too busy to print them and that he would make sure they were done that night and I could pick them up the following morning.When I returned the next day there was a long line. I finally got to the front and a different employee was working. She told me she would get around to it in a few hours. By that point it wouldve been to late. I was so frustrated I ended up walking next door to Target and buying my own photo printer.

Our company always receives incredible service from this location. Highly recommended.

Salesman thought she was a computer wiz because she knew what operating system was loaded on to the hardrive. Telling me what it clearly states on the box is not going to make a sale. I give this place 4 stars for all of their other services ! They are out going and help you do a lot of crap.
