Advanced Auto Body did a great job as usual. I have had two of my trucks there for repair and also my son car. My trucks are pearl in color and the match was fantastic. The nice thing is, they have two locations one in Sharon and another in Masury Ohio, which makes it nice to get the work done quick and correct. I have recommended this shop to so many of my friends and family. I have never had anyone come back and complain. I know from my experience that if they did, this shop would make it right. The whole experience seemed mysterious everyone kept talking about the guy in the back and the guy didnt have time to check out a computer code my car was giving me disabling cruise control even though I was the only customer and the whole process only takes one minute. Ended up having Advanced Auto Parts check the code for me. Ill keep this updated because I have to get some bodywork done on my vehicle still.

Twice we have required to take my daughter car here now. Work is always done well, but there is always delays in getting it finished. Im told this is a common thing w body shops. They always call and keep up informed. I enjoy dealing with this company.

They may do a good job on the car but pray they don’t have it around a holiday. Then it’ll just sit and wait. Unfortunately mine was there over the Christmas holiday. So it sat and waited for paint. And why would they not double check to make sure everything worked while it sat for two weeks. So I’m still waiting on my car two weeks after it could’ve been done because they over looked a damaged part then there is a faulty part!!!!!!! Thanks for wasting my time!
