My daughter shops in the family dollar on Water St in downtown Sharon Pa, tonight she purchased 2 cans of cat food among several other things, but they werent in the bag when she got home, tried to call to let them know and first off the phone number isnt even local then no one ever answers the phone, and if you let it ring it just goes to a fax machine, so the customer just gets blown off. Sad

Family Dollar is a very key store for me I really enjoy shopping there they have all the latest products milk bread ice cream pop chips candies cakes laundry detergent garbage bags paper towels you name it they probably have it and they are Christ at formal rate which is very good with the economy the way it is today so a plus for Family Dollar in my book.

They work fast and efficient. Always friendly and courteous! My son Triton loves going in because he knows everyone say hi to him when he walks in and they take time to joke around with him and make him smile 😁

They have what I need, when I need it. Staff is very polite and they always say hello when you walk in the door.

Lady at register barely set her phone aside, grabbed my money with no courtesy and had her mask under her chin. I should have spent it elsewhere. Rude is wrong.

Prices are good, but theres always boxes of stuff that needs put away in the aisles. And they always seem to be out of what I need. (But thats the way my luck is)

Its a little crowded in there down the aisles lot of boxes sometimes. The cashiers are very nice prices are okay have a lot of sales
