This is our new favorite coffee shop. We have been tired of supporting the big chains that don’t support our views and beliefs. We love the atmosphere at Firebean and the coffee is great! They work hard to make a drink you will enjoy and we have never had anything but excellent service.

Nice neighborhood Coffee Shop. Pass the time while sipping your drink and playing board games, or check out art from local artists on sale. The ladies are friendly and will be happy to make your drink your way, just ask! We enjoyed playing checkers and chess before we headed on our way.My son ordered a birthday cake shake but he called it the Superhero...they agreed and even had Batman sprinkles and I ordered a small iced peppermint mocha which came with coffee ice cubes. The 2 cost us just over $9. Somewhat pricey, but comparable to chain store I suppose.One negative, drinks are super sweet! So, if you are like me, then be sure to tell them no on the gobs of syrup that go into their signature drinks because a number of full fluid ounces or 2 or 3 of the Torani syrups really do go into each drink even the small ones.Personally, at home, I use a teaspoon of white mocha, not a full fluid once in an 8 oz coffee. Way too sweet for me. My son did not drink much of the Superhero he ordered either because it ended up being too sweet for him and hes 5! They remade mine with way less and it was better but still sweeter than I prefer.

Absolutely great! Warm welcome, mouthwatering aroma, delicious treats. Amazing doughnuts from whitehouse and more daily. If you are planning a trip to downtown Sharon make sure this is on your list. A+

Very nice cozy feel. This place was clean and comfortable with friendly help. They made me feel welcome and helped me pick the Hot Buckeye Kicker. Definitely a great choice with a rich dark chocolate flavor. I was told that their secret gold sauce is the magic ingredient that gives Firebean its unique taste. My cup mysteriously had the following written on it: James 1:3. I looked up the curious verse and it certainly made me think for a moment. As a non-Christian, I felt that this was a subtle and respectful way for a family business to share their faith. I would recommend Firebean for anyone looking for a good coffee from a local business at a fair price.

Terrible management and a horrible work environment! The owner is very abusive to her employees and withholds money. Very cheap and greedy woman. For a religious family, she is very judgmental and hypocritical. I would recommend supporting other small coffee shops before theirs.

This place is really nice, decorated nicely very clean, art on the walls, and the staff was very nice. They have a large selection of drinks, some food, and quick service. I thought it was a nice touch to have coffee ice cubes so that my cold brew didnt get watered down.The cold brew was strong and tasted very good. Highly recommend.

Love this place. The drinks are great! The ice is even made from espresso so it doesnt dilute your drink when it melts....if it lasts that long. Staff is always super sweet. Highly recommend!!

COFFEE SELECTIONS & PRICES ARE AMAZING!! I was intrigued by Eggnog Coffee since Id never seen it offered anywhere else before. Since its the Christmas season I figured itd be a great time to go outside the box. So glad i did, IT WAS WONDERFUL!The employees and customers were all very friendly and unpretentious. Greeter was very pleasant and the frappichino was also delicious! Ill definitely be returning to try another of their numerous selections every time Im in Sharon. Went there this morning for the first time to meet my cousin & try their coffee. The Caramel Kickstarter was excellent!! The atmosphere is warm & friendly & the staff was wonderful. Glad to see a new business in downtown Sharon. Also, plenty of room & furniture for small groups to get together to hang out/study/or whatever.

Firebean is a really great coffee shop. The owner Kim and her daughter are really friendly and have great customer service. I had to go away over the weekend and missed having my Firebean coffee.

No option for pour over, french press, or aeropress.Unless you order a special drink, its all bulk made drip coffee and only comes in 1-2 varieties.I asked the girl what their light roast was for the day, she said Oh, we have columbian supremo!That is not answer to my question.Edit: the fact that the family owners have decided they need to leave their own 5 star reviews and talk about how theyre based on godly beliefs and principles is telling.Also, the suspicious increase in 5 star reviews with the same writing style and syntax since I posted my review.I have reported all three reviews under conflict of interest and asked google to look into the other reviews as well.If you have to stack the reviews, your business is bad and you know it.
