Went in to the location in Sharon looking for cabinets. We were very rudely greeted by a blond woman with glasses who didn’t even say hi, just said “do you need help?” When we said yes, and told her we were looking at cabinets she said nothing more than “ok”. We then asked for “Ashley” and the woman very rudely said “nope, by appointment only.” I do not know her name and wish I did as this is some of the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. This woman did not offer further help and I will not be giving Koopman my business.

Absolutely love this place! The pricing is low compared to other hardware or tool stores. They have a friendly staff and always help when asked .

I want to update an earlier review. I had given one star on some poor service I had recieved. After posting the review I quickly recieved a call from a manager(on his day off). He immediately rectified the problem and was very apologetic. Thank You

Awsome place

This place is great. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Got my order in a day and a half. Sure beats the big box stores where it would have taken 5-7 days.Picked up my order in the covered drive through. They loaded it into my vehicle.

I went in the middle of the shutdown, some home repairs cant wait. they had everything I needed and unlike an unnamed box store they were all wearing masks and observing proper PRECAUTIONS. they were very friendly and helpful.

Waited 30 min at the Stihl section for help with purchasing a brush cutter, handle, harnesses and blades. All three personnel that were around were only helping out at the check out line. The one person that finally came by to ask what we were looking for was not knowledgeable and merely read things off a chart - which we had already done while waiting.Getting lumber on the other hand was quick and its good quality too. Hence the two stars.

Koopman Lumber was instrumental in getting our bench renovation project up and running at ODonnell Middle School. We could not have done it without their financial assistance.

They are great. They have everything you need to build except their employees know what they are talking about unlike the employees that wear orange or blue aprons at those big home stores. Catch my drift? They also sell Benjamin Moore paints. Top notch paint! The paint employees are awesome! Go there!

This place is what home depot wants to be when it grows up. Prices are fair, people are great, service is awesome, you can get what you need and your in and out in 10 mins. Cant beat it.

Wonderful store! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supremely helpful. I had to wait for just a few minutes during a very busy time and the staff was constantly checking on me and helped me as quickly as they could.When we picked out our material, the staff outside was just as terrific. They even loaded the material into the truck as I was trying to wrangle my 1 year old.Definitely go here instead of a big orange or blue place!!

Im a homeowner, not a contractor. The customer service was outstanding. People were knowledgable and ready to help. I highly recommend Jen in windows. If you want to not waste your time at the big box store, go set up an appointment with her. She is efficient, smart, and will get you into the windows you need. Just take good measurements of your rough openings and your imagination. Shell handle the rest.

I have driven by this place got to be 1000 times. I finally had a need to go in and use them as I needed a sill plate for my front door, my current one was broke. Spoke with Jen in windows and doors and explained my needs and no surprise I needed a special order item. I emailed all the particulars to Jen and I heard back immediately. Thats where their customer service ended I emailed Jen 3 more times and even called and left a message on a monitored daily voice mail but heard nothing back from that call or my emails. Very poor customer service and I will make sure to tell all who will listen. Got what I needed from a competitor your loss Koopman.

Excellent selection of quality lumber, staff was very helpful with selection and cutting.

Place is absolutely terrible with deliveries. 3 jobs in a row have had issues with the time of delivery if they got delivered at all. Very unsatisfied and will never spend another dime in the place.
