She really is amazing, I even tried to steal her and have her come and work with me! Honestly the only gas station in my life I have ever had a bad enough experience to leave a review about. Nice place, everyone was friendly but the corporate strategy is so scammy. Hardly anything had prices and was constantly trying to upsell. Gas pump kept pestering me to join the rewards program. Whoever is running this place is just the worst

I went here three different times in my vacation staying at the Drury Inn closeby. Every time was in the evening on friday and saturday and the same guy was working the counter. He was rude, had a bad attitude, and insulted me and my wife.He carded and scanned my ID both times for tobacco which is fine but didnt seem to have a problem with the guy in front of me in line on one occasion with what blatantly appeared to be a marijuana joint in his mouth in the store.

Very very poor customer service

Yikes, this place was gross.The parking lot was covered in trash, there was an empty folding table and some cleaning equipment left out near the register, and the bathroom was a health hazard.

Guy refused services because I have a medical condition and I cant wear a mask. Its ok for him to not wear one but refuse sevices to customers for not having one. He said to go across the street that the black people over there dont care. He was very rude. I would of asked for a manager but I was in a hurry to get to work

For the past 2 1/2 years, I can count on both hands how many days that I have missed stopping in there for breakfast and soft drink. I used to rave about the service, cleanliness, availability of product, etc. I even spoke with the district manager about how I enjoyed coming in there and the people.Over the last few months it has gone, SORRY, straight to hell. The place is filthy, the stock, especially the breakfast items and self serve sandwiches are ALWAYS out of stock or near empty, the friendliness of the staff is terrible. I should never have to wait in a line of 12-15 people with one cashier. That seems to be the norm lately. I have seen the manager look out and see the lines and not step up to help.Im not sure where the previous manager went or why, but the way she ran that store made me happy to come in every day, usually twice a day. I was happy to call it my Thorntons. Now I am looking for another morning stop that is on my way to work.Please help this location!Respectfully,Concerned Patron

Would get better service if you get that blonde girl to stay the hell off of her cell phone while you are standing up there. her phone stays on the counter and shes always scanning through it while youre up there

Snot of a cashier totally unhelpful as my 5 year old was about to pee herself on our trip home and we tried to stop here. Laughed as she walked out crying with her dad.

Most of the employees are great especially the white woman who always got her nails lookin cute. Think her name is Jess. Ive watched her stop what she was doing to run out n help an older man who was havin trouble with his bags and cane. I always choose her line cuz she makes me feel like Im important and shes always polite & smiling. Theres a few there who I cant stand tho. Theyre rude and impatient for no reason. If all workers were like Jess theyd be the best Thortans around!

Filthiest womens bathroom I have even been in. Hands down. I told the employee at the register, as instructed on a sign in the bathroom if you see its dirty, he was displeased with me telling him this and seemed as if he didnt care. This place was nasty.
