I generally love this store, but was exposed to a delta 8 cart, by funky nugs, that was contaminated. Took almost a week for my throat and lungs to quit hurting, I threw the cart out when I started getting an odd sore throat after roughly two days of use. Be careful buying delta 8 carts.

I had previously given 5 stars but after work I had arrived 5 minutes before they close and I get that’s annoying but my job doesn’t line up well with their hours. They closed up early when I just need one specific thing it would’ve taken 3 minutes to get max but the workers outside the store told me I was basically s.o.l. Cause they had locked up already. It cannot be that difficult to put a key in a door.

Love this place, I bought a help bag from here I have had it for 4years and it is still in brand new condition no matter how tough I am with it. The people are so friendly, there is one guy there I am not sure what his name is but I pretty much go there to just talk with him. Has all your hemp needs.

Okay place if you need something in a pinch. . Very pricey for many items. Their glass selection was very limited and the quality of the glass pieces for price was pretty low.

Walked in. Guy completely ignored me. He was with a customer so I waited my turn. Two more customers came in. He greeted them both and rang up one and still went about as if I wasn’t there. Avoid this place and don’t go. The man was very disrespectful and had poor customer service skills

Awesome store, hemp shirts, socks, hoodies etc. Incredible amount of products that are made from hemp. Environmentally friendly. Guys working there were hilarious, friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience. The customer service here is not typical of what you would usually see in a smoke shop or hemp shop of sorts. The heavyset man behind the counter was very rude from the minute I walked in and attempted to overcharge me for what I asked for from behind the counter. I was totally understanding of what I thought was a mistake but when he tried to tell me it was my fault that was it for me. I would suggest checking out Planet Caravan in West Chester. The people there are always respectful and the prices are much better.

I am not afraid my honesty. I have tried a lot of government medicine, I have had muscle stiffness and problems. Their tinctures actually helped loosen and increased mobility in my body. Personally I liked this more than my over the counter prescription. This isnt for everyone but for me....it helped. I am not afraid to say it.

Friendly help, wide selection of hemp related products. We got Nag Champa hemp massage oil and have already tried it out, its great! Nice to have a neat little shop like this around.

Good selection. Some stuff is really decently priced, some not..... The staff was generally friendly. However, I did take issue with the gentleman who was helping us with the portable Vapes. When we told him the one we have, the sales guy laughed and said I dont know why people buy those, and then proceeded to show us ones that were three times the cost of the one we have.To answer his question: not everyone can afford to spend $250+ on a portable vaporizer. Not everyone who uses one does so because of pure enjoyment. The reason we have the one we do is because we could afford it, and we needed one immediately due to a painful medical condition relieved by certain plant and a recent diagnosis of emphysema that makes smoking not such a good idea. I was pretty insulted by this, and we decided that we would not be purchasing one from them.I assume that the dude was probably too baked to get how insulting that was, but I wont spend any more there than the few bucks I spent on a small item I needed. I only gave 3 stars instead of less because they do have a good selection, and the other worker seemed decent.

Was duplicate charged on my credit card for a purchase I made. Owner did not refund me. Still waiting for credit card to get charge backed. Be careful, will be shopping with planet caravan from now on.

The people were nice, but not quick to offer information or suggestions without very, very specific questions. Its a little crowded, but not totally crazy. I got what I needed on my second trip, without paying an arm and a leg.

Usually this store is awesome. I’ve been in and out the past couple months and the staff as been helpful and patient. I had gone in there to buy a pax for myself after getting one for my dad for Christmas. I had asked about the difference in the pax and Davinci then the employee raves about how good the davinci was compared to the pax. So I went with it and I do completely regret it. It doesn’t work like the pax and in fact doesn’t work at all. So I see on the receipt there are exchanges on electronics but apparently that’s a lie. I called up to see if I could exchange a device that isn’t working properly for a more expensive one and pay the difference. But the employee I talked to said no and I should’ve done my own research. Sorry I did my research on the pax and was told by an employee that the davinci was better performing. Overall an experience I never expected from a store I was pleased with.

This place has a great selection of hemp-based clothing and products as well as the CBD oil that I use. The people are knowledgeable and friendly and quick-witted. Try the CBD gummies, they actually seem to have CBD and not just sugar and gelatin.And remember to act like a grown up. Its a fun store to walk around in, but show respect to the owners and staff that are just here to provide us with some alternative options.

I went in with some questions, and got the answers that I was seeking. Really friendly group of people, definitely a place to check out. All kinds of things are available, clothes, music, and various other hobby specific items.

Find everything you need to look like a hippy & smell like one. Get stuff to smoke illegal weed from here. Their door slams shut really quickly and hard, that it broke the heel of my shoes. Be ware. Thats why they get one star off.

I went here for first time last week. I was buying an item that I usually get from another store but that store was out. The capsules I bought were very sketchy. You could tell they were put together by someone in a back room. 75% of the capsules were only 3/4 full. VERY disappointed in product as well as customer service

I drove 30 min to find out they had just closed. Dude at the register acted like I was invisible. Then he waved me off like i was a peasant. Could have been nice about it at least.

I took my elderly mom who has chronic pain & other ailments to Hemptations today. Within two hours of taking her first dose of her 500 mg oil, her shoulder pain was gone and she was feeling much better. After our lunch together, we immediately went back so I could get some CBD oil for myself and the familys elderly pet dog. The staff at Hemptations were very helpful, informative, and I highly recommend the Sharonville location. Thank you, Hemptations!
