BEST hardware store! Helpful staff. If you need it, they have it!

This is easily one of the best local shops around. Doesnt matter what you need, they always seem to have it and the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. When you stop and shop, you will love the convenience and the small-town feel!!

I needed hardware to fix the bathtub spout. Tries at two other stores didnt produce the desired fix. Then I listened to my Dads voice in my head and decided to go to Cliff Hardware. When dad was alive he would always go there. So I did, and the personal service and knowledgeable people are there to help you. Its very satisfying to know that a store like Cliff Hardware is still in business taking care of customers. Thank You

I always make a point of going here first. Ordering online and the other impersonal big box experiences can’t beat the friendly hometown feel of Cliffs. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful - they also seem like they want to be there and care about the customers. They remember who I am when I come in, which make all the difference. Some people might skip the local hardware store because they don’t think they’ll have what you need. I can honestly say I have never gone there and not gotten what I needed. Whether it was a bag of grass seed, a rake, a specific kind of fertilizer, concentrated weed killer, stud finder, a very unique type of eye hook, or just a new furnace filter, I’m no longer surprised that Cliffs always comes through for me.

The staff is friendly. Cliff has a good selection of stainless steele fasteners.When I need hardware to make a repair in an old, old, home I go to Cliff Hardware. Theyre located in an older neighborhood, Sharonville, and carry inventory and products that are still in use in those older homes.Todays purchase was an antique mortise lockset for a home down near the river that is over 100 years old.

Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable staff

I had a special calibration weight that I needed to configure and the gentleman at Cliff Hardware took the time to help me out with the details. It was my first time in their store, and I was reminded of the old world hardware stores I had dealt with decades ago. Back then they would go out of their way to be problem solvers, and that is the attitude and goal that I found at Cliff Hardware.

Looked at a plastic trash can but it was almost $100. No way Jose.

Every single visit to Cliff Hardware is a pleasant one. Very helpful and friendly staff, large stock of tools and supplies, and a nice store. They even held the store open a few extra minutes for me when I called ahead about a saw I couldn’t find anywhere else. Wonderful local hardware store. Highly recommend if you’re having trouble finding what you need at the big stores, or if you simply want to support local business!

Cliffs is a great hometown hardware store, take your kids for a real small town hardware store experience, theyve got everything you need for crafts & small projects around the house. Theres always someone there to help you find what you need and theyre super friendly.

Needed a garage window replacement, 5 minutes and $17 later, I was good to go.

Always have a little of what I need, they also have some odd stuff, prices are cheap and fair. Customer service is above average. Store is clean and laid out pretty good.

We moved to this community 25 years ago. Its great to have a real hardware store so close. The service here is real. Ive rarely had to look for anything. Thats because you just answer the question of what you are looking for and then you are led to it. Often times you will receive advice on your project as well. This place is a gem!

I love this place. Its everything i dream of in a hardware store! I usually buy what i need plus some stuff i dont need and never knew existed.

Always great help solving problems and finding pieces I need for plumbing projects. I miss the small corner hardware stores that the big boxes have been putting out of business. Glad that Cliffs has survived for all these years.

It has everything u need for home repairs. They carry Specialty items that Lowes and Home Depot dont have. My go to hardware store for years.

PARK RIGHT BY THE FRONT DOOR at Cliffs Hardware....none of this parking 1/4 mile away. That is for people who dont understand what their time and energy are really worth. Once it is gone it is gone and gone for good,...Get help and advice the first time from a knowledgeable staff with 20, 30, 40 years of hardware experience. Think about it,....do you really want a 18-20 year old telling you what kind of paint, electrical device, or plumbing part to use in the house that you and your family live in? Cute little basic hardware store. Friendly workers with a passion for what they do. I tend to come here to get keys made, as they are quicker than automated machines!!

Quick thanks and shout out to Sharonvilles own Cliff Hardware & Paint Supply. Theyve always steered me in the right direction when Ive needed something, whether it has been a 100 outdoor hose or a replacement flapper for a toilet.
