Last minute looking for storage? THIS IS THE PLACE. They open on Sundays and that’s the day I needed a storage so badly. I did everything through the app, they send you the code (this code is used to get through the gates) & provide your storage number as well. When I first got there I was a little bit confuse because I forgot if I needed a lock! & luckily Gwen was there to help us!!! She made sure that we got our lock in our storage ( which we did) and made sure I did everything right though my app. Thank you Gwen!!! & public storage is very fast, very convenient, easy, Safe! ( there’s a gate & police next door lmao) & they give your the sizes of the storage online. so yes yes yes, they are the one to go to. 👍🏻

I meant to do this last week. Gwen at Store #20423 is so awesome! I had a problem with my storage and she not only contacted me, but she helped me resolve the situation. She even talked to her boss on my behalf and they came up with a solution to my specific situation. I can’t believe the level of customer service is this HIGH! Gwen cared about my situation and did over and beyond what I could even thought of as possible. Thank you Gwen you are a customer service superstar!

I dont know exactly how to explain this this other than just say their overpriced. When I leased my 10x10 space three years ago it was $78 now its $128. Im looking for a new location needless to say.

Had a storage unit for almost a year or exactly a year something like that they cut my lock from being late like two weeks out there lock on it which mind u they make u buy a lock from them basically she told me there hard to find that not many ppl sell them there a certain type of lock for like 20 30 bucks then they cut it off when I left to get the u-haul found the same one there for like ten bucks super mad but I think they should put there lock over ur lock because for one there lock is super tiny they lock it with in that situation But really made me mad is that we couldnt get there from being out of state to switch their lock and put a new one of ours back on and plus we were going to be coming and getting our stuff anyways shortly so we left it on there until we got there I scheduled to move out date two days prior and told the lady when we would be there we show up and we had to wait for almost four and a half hours for somebody to get there to take off their lock in order for us to get our stuff out after paying for a U-Haul that we can only keep until then a.m. the next morning really wasted a lot of time waiting there and ruined our day and it was the last day for us to get our stuff out wouldnt recommend this place because they never are available when u need to speak with someone on site just not that location is good

I came in the other day in a semi-emergency needing to store stuff I no longer have room for. The lady at the counter, Lindsey, was a great help and definite professional. I had asked for a smaller unit due to cost but Lindsey explained that with what I had I would probably need a bigger unit to get the job done. She sure was right! Id of never made it work with the small unit. Thank you Lindsey!!

In general you cant have any issues usually with a storage unit but we had issues with water coming in the bottom of ours probably because it where it was located near a drain but that was the only issue that we had other than that everything was fine. Need to give access to dumpsters to people who rent their.

I wish it was possible to give a zero as a review, but this and my complaint with the Better Business Bureau will have to do. I will NEVER do business with this establishment EVER again. To say the customer service is RUDE would be an understatement. They dont return phone call after phone call after phone call, message after message after message. James is one of the rudest people we have ever dealt with. Then some district manager, Richard dont waste your time, he wont call you back. Dont waste your time calling his boss, because they wont call you back. But, they will take your money when you go there and thats the last time you will ever speak to them. The lack of customer service is appalling. Even if they gave away free units, I still wouldnt go there. Never Never again, stay far, far, far away from this location. Anybody who is writing a good review about James (or the lady who answers the phone that refuses to provide her name) is just a personal family member or friend trying to make James or Ms. Unknown look good when truly they are both ignorant imbeciles who are simply improper & unethical employees who have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!

This place has awful customer service. They incorrectly cut the lock of my storage unit for auction when we had documentation confirming that all payments had been going through without issue. Then they forced me to pay for a new lock, when it was their fault my lock was cut in the first place. We called the manager for weeks and they completely avoided our complaints. There are plenty of storage units in the area that deserve the business so I would avoid this place!

This was my first time getting a storage unit. I chose this location because of the good reviews, and I was not disappointed! This place was great! Very clean and fair pricing. Above all else, the level of customer service I received from James (and Rick) was just astounding! If I find myself in need of storage again, I would go 45 minutes out of my way to patronize this location. Dont waste your time elsewhere, go somewhere that your business is appreciated. Found myself with a last-minute, unannounced, need for storage space. I found the working employee, James, to be very efficient and very knowledgeable of the property and the operation. Walked me through the entire process, gave me a very in-depth tour of the property and the storage unit I selected. Explained in great detail the storage unit, the access gate and rules/regulations of the property. Registration process was simple and painless. Instead of going with a short-term arrangement, I will probably utilize the storage unit for a longer term. The property is very clean and well maintained. The storage unit was very clean, and the overhead door is in good working condition. Thank you.

Easy and professional service all around

I got a unit at public storage a couple months ago and still have it. I even bought a few items to help with the storage of my belongings. James was very knowledgeable and concerned with the well being of his customers items. I was going to just put my mattress in there with no cover but James explained the importance of having a mattress cover.

We have had a really great experience in this storage space. Pam has fantastic customer service and answered every question we had pertaining to our unit. We would recommend this establishment for storage for others.

Reserved a unit and returned a week later to confirm and sign paperwork. James the Manager was totally on top of things. He made the whole rental process easy and was thorough in explaining all the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. I would definitely recommend this property!

Clean and neat facility overall. James was very courteous and helpful in trying to find right space. In the end the space was too narrow, which we learned because he went back and got a tape measure to help ensure. He also called a nearby location to see what they had for me. Very good customer service!

John was very friendly, and was able to help me get the storage unit. Most of the people there are pretty helpful, but it would be great to be able to access your stuff after 9pm

Nice and clean place to store our things when moving back to the Cincinnati area until we were able to get settled. James is a great polite care taker of the property friendly and helpful. Would use their services again if the need should arise.

Very good experience. James was helpful on a few different occasions. Got me in and out quickly, helped with some broken glass, and it was a pretty reasonable price. Only reason its not 5 stars is I wish they had longer hours in the evenings.

DO NOT All USE THIS STORAGE!!!!!!!!! of my things where stored in their unit for a year. When I went to get them to move in my new place everything was ruined and molded. Their (insurance company) is a joke. They denied my claim and now I have no winter clothes for me, my wife or 3 kids. They are not trying to do anything about it. I would not recommend you use this storage facility them and Sedgwick insurance are a joke. DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!!!!!!

I reserved my unit online and received an email confirmation. I got to the facility on the day I had chosen for moving in only to be told it had not been confirmed and the unit was no longer available. I had a van packed up already. The person working just kept saying it wasnt confirmed even though i had the email showing it was. He also stated it was his lunch time. Very unprofessional and rude.
