I love Dollar Tree! Employees have always been nice and willing to help me when needed. I wish our store was bigger. But for its size they do have a good product supply.

Absolutely horrendous manager who runs the store. Employees get about 4-8 hrs each week, her attitude is toxic, and she goes out of her way to belittle and cultivate a unstable work environment. I am Jewish and she even forced me to participate in things that went against the things allowed for a Jew. When I told her I was uncomfortable and happy to do something else, her response was well your hours are going to be effected by this. That was the last day I worked at dollar tree. A unhappy store run by unhappy people.

Clean store well stocked shelves and plenty of parking. Lots of Easter goodies. Candy candy candy why pay over a dollar elsewhere ?

This Dollar Tree in Shasta Lake, CA is clean inside and out. The shelves are well stocked and neat and organized. The employees are kind and helpful.I enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree Shasta Lake.The other Dollar Trees in my area fall way short on all accounts. Before you enter the smell of urine is ever present😬

For the most part this store has always had friendly sales associates that had always been eager to help out customers with any questions asked. The managers and workers have done a fair job with the cleanliness on the sales floor, & steering customers clear from covid-19. Most of the times Ive visited the Dollar Tree store, the shelves were always stocked well & never falling short of sales products which is always great. The only thing i would have asked for if the pandemic wasnt still in place would have wished they had public restrooms for customers.

My first time in this Dollar Tree: I really enjoyed looking through the store and will definitely be going back. I was blown away by the Michelina and Banquet Frozen food varieties they have. When my freezer runs low the next time, I will definitely return. I had never seen or known about the many types of dinners they had. Its a clean store and the employees are helpful and friendly.

The Redding store had very helpful staff and a good selection. I found everything I needed

They greet you at the door they help you if you need it. And I had a question is everything here a dollar and they said yes all food products and everything else is a dollar seven so I guess thats why they call it the dollar store right Ill be back. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Not the biggest one around so they dont have the selection that some of the larger ones do but they make up for that in customer service with the exception of the manager. Her name is Yolanda and I have ONLY seen her be rude to customers. I havent had a personal experience with her but have seen her treat customers horribly. I have seen her stand by with one cashier and idly gossip with a friend or other employee( heard the conversation) while there were 11 people in line. One customer politely asked her to open up another register and her EXACT response was Well I was going to before you rudely interrupted my conversation, guess you just ruined it for everyone then she went in the office...ALL of the other employees are wonderful and will do anything they can to help you. Almost as if they are aware of how their manager treats people and are compensating for it.

Employees are always so nice. Lots of holiday decor, for a smaller DT.I would love to see them have more sugar free options for candy, food, drinks, etcIm making two ingredient pumpkin cake for my grandbabies today with supplies I got at DT.My only complaint is the transients that hang out in the parking lot.

Walk through every isle and grab anything you want or could use, grab some candy, soda, and snacks you like. A cart full of stuff u want or need. Costs like 60 bucks. I do it as often as I can. I got lots of stuff.

I love shopping at the Dollar tree hours in Shasta Lake city is not as good as the one on Park Marina or a bun Lake boulevard but we do like to shop there.

It was your basic Dollar Tree experience. They were out of bags of ice. Well it was 107 degrees here today!

My go to place for most of my needs. The employees are always nice.

The store is clean and inviting. The employees are pretty friendly, and even have helped me find things Ive requested. You get what you pay for The this place, sometimes its a bargain, other times its a bust. Overall I think this is a good business.

Used to love going in there, David the cashier was always so happy and helpful. Now with that new hag of a manager Yolanda I hate going in there. She treats customers and employees like absolute garbage! She yells at her employees IN FRONT of customers! She so rude it makes us customers feel uncomfortable. I know several people who wont go in there anymore because of her. Why did they switch management?? It was perfect before. I hope they get rid of her soon 😔

They havent been here long but they are doing a great business. Did you know they carry bread, milk, and other foods that you can find in the freezer and refrigerator?! Pet foods and snacks, toiletries, candy, human snacks...lol and so much more. Great clean store and friendly people.

The people that work there are sweet. They always greet you with a welcome to the dollar tree. Its so cute . I would not survive well with out the helping bargins. I love the cleaning products. Mild and lots of natural beauty supplies to choose from . seriously if a persons shops there, they will go back. $30.00 fills my cupboard with months of used often suppliés. They have the goods!!

This is literally the most organized little dollar tree Ive ever seen in my life. I sort of feel like people dont really go here that often it was so clean and the whole store was faced perfectly.

I used to LOVE this store and the employees were always so nice and cheery. Then they replaced the managers and now all the employees look like they hate their life. The new manager, Yolanda is very rude to customers and I heard her chew out and be very rude to the nicest cashier there. The poor kid. Theyve changed where things are in the store and now I cant find my favorite candy half the time, and they keep trying to get me to buy these stupid items of the week. I wont be coming back for a while after Yolanda was so rude to an elderly man, she has no respect for anyone, especially her employees and the state of the store reflects that. I hope they change it soon.

Just went in to grab a few things. Ethal was AMAZING as always!!NEW MANAGER RUDE AS HECK!! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. I Said hello no response!! Passed her a couple isles down. I said excuse me. Again NO RESPONCE.Roxy, Tyler, Ethal, And the Other Managers are ALWAYS FRIENDLY. I sure hope you dont treat your employees as well as other customers in such a manner!!!

Since Sandra left as manager, this new one, Yolanda, is running this store into the ground. The entryway is strewn with garbage and cigarette butts, the soda shelves are empty, the refrigerator,freezer section isnt being restocked with the items I normally buy, and the friendly, efficient faces I have enjoyed are seldom working there. Why is that?

Never EVER CONTACT ME, MY PHONE OR ANY WAY ELSE,.. I get a notification within 10 minutes of shopping and I did not use anything else but cash never gave my email never gave my phone number take me off your list permanently and I choose never to shop at your business again because of this...THank You. And sorry to say you lost my whole families business. ..

Its full of dollar items, you get what you pay for. Sometimes I find some good deals, but great for the kids to buy a small toy with their own money that you dont feel bad about throwing out when it breaks, you get your $1 worth!

They have a lot less inventory then the other Dollar Trees but at least the staff was nice
