Purchased a beautiful mattress with a convertible base 5 years ago. Lost the Bluetooth connection with the remote. We called Verlo and they were able to sneak us in the same day. So happy to say that there is still a company that values good service. This was our 4th purchase from Verlo. For quality and service, you cant beat Verlo.

The workers/delivery crew people were awesome. They went above and beyond what they needed to. Outgoing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They cut a rug for me to put under my bed so I wouldnt scratch the floor. The price the gave me for delivery which was 2 and a half hours away from Sheboygan was low. (May have been the wrong price, but they stuck by it and honored it.) Overall I recommend Sheboygan Verlo to everyone. 5 Stars

I did my research online and had narrowed in on a Verlo mattress. The two elderly customers in front of us were wearing masks, but I noticed the salesman speaking with them wasnt. Once they left, it was our turn with the salesman who introduced himself as Tim.I gently asked him where his mask was. Tim quipped something about an exemption for people giving presentations. He went on to add that he didnt even have one, so he couldnt and wouldnt be putting one on. He then proposed that we do this over the phone if I preferred.My preference would be that a salesman Im going to spend the next 30 minutes in a small store with, and whos dealing with the public on a daily basis, would just simply wear as mask. Even if he didnt believe in its ability to limit the spread of the virus, the small gesture would go a long way in showing respect and solidarity with his fellow citizens and customers.I didnt see any unmasked sales staff or customers in the four mattress & furniture stores I visited afterwards, and where I ultimately purchased a new queen sized mattress, box-spring, frame and headboard.It says a lot about a persons character when they cant be bothered to take a low effort deed for the betterment of humanity and they refuse to wear a mask when dealing with the public and potential customers.

Verlo has been amazing. Their customer services is above and beyond any place else I’ve been to.Their focus is not making money, but rather customer satisfaction (in the end that will make you money by keeping customers coming back as well as recommending them to friends and family). I have already been recommending Verlo to many.There was a minor mixup to my order, but not only did they make it right, they apologized for their mistake and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be corrected. My sales person, Terry, called to reassure me all was correct and ready to go for delivery.Tim, the manager, called me an hour after delivery to make sure I received the correct bed.The delivery crew was fantastic, hard working, and very helpful. They helped remove a bolt I couldn’t get off from my headboard. They then reattached my headboard to the new bed frame. Super helpful to me as a widow who couldn’t have done that myself, being it a king size bed.I’ve had my V9 pillow top five nights now and I’m loving it. Thanks Verlo. Now if only you sold more then mattresses😉

Everyone at Verlo was extremely professional, and seemed to be more interested in our satisfaction than in a commission. They only sell their own brand of mattress, so they know all of the inner-workings of each model.The mattresses are made to order in Manitowoc, and the store is locally owned, so all of your money is staying in our area.In addition, the mattress that we purchased is AMAZING. However, if we decide that the mattress is too soft or hard, theyll take it back and adjust it to our specifications for free.I would definitely recommend Verlo to anyone looking for a new bed.

Our salesman was very experienced when it came to his job. He listened to what we had to say, as I have major back issues. He recommended what would be the best to fit our needs... Sold, we love our new mattress set 😊

We had previously purchased a custom mattress to fit into our bookcase headboard waterbed frame. I was looking to replace the frame with a conventional bedframe. Due to cihanging circumstances it had become difficult to lift the heavy mattress out of the frame. Not only did Tim assist me with my questions about how to go about doing that, but, he also offered delivery and to haul away the existing waterbed frame. He also offered to convert my existing headboard to be used with the new frame and boxspring, and all at a very reasonable price. Im so happy I stopped there on a whim just to ask a question.

My fiancee and myself spent a few weeks shopping for our first mattress and foundation combination, and wound up at the Verlo store in Sheboygan.To keep this short, we are in love with our mattress, foundation, and bed frame. We couldnt be happier, or more well rested.We did encounter a snafu during our store experience, and I am absolutely floored on how well the issue was handled. The owner of the store personally contacted us to solve our problems. He was genuinely interested in making it right, and took every step (and then some) to ensure we were satisfied.With all that being said I cannot in good faith recommend anyone go anywhere else in Sheboygan for a mattress, foundation, or bed frame besides Verlo. Tim, you have earned our business for as long as we remain in the area!
