Menards has always been a quality store where I can usually find everything I need. Today I went looking for a power washer wand, as I want to wash the outside of the house that I live in. I perused a number of aisles, finding plenty of things I didn’t need at the time, but very well may come back for in the future. I then asked a nice gentleman who worked there where I could find power washer wands. He immediately knew where to take me, asking me what kind of pressure I wanted to fit the machine that I would be using it with. He was thoroughly knowledgeable of the types of wands there were and the different tips that could be used with them. Once again, I left Menards happy and satisfied. I also found milk while I was there, which saved me a trip to Wal-Mart.

I moved to Sheboygan about 3 years ago and found myself in renovation mode almost immediately. I came in looking for paint. Not just any paint, the color had to be just right and hold up to the task. The Staff in the paint section were AWESOME, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me created my color, and pick a base.The end product was gorgeous! Here we are 2 and a half years later and I have decided to include the fence. To my dismay, during storage the label was damaged. I went back to the wizards at Menards hoping they could replicate the magic. I found myself face to face with the same magical people who made it happen the first time, with the same results. (Thank you Larry and Drew!!) I will continue to seek their wisdom for future projects, and highly recommend their expertise.

The Sheboygan store is staffed by genuinely helpful people. Products are well stocked and the store is neat and clean. The only thing I wish was different is for Menards to start carrying Milwaukee and DeWalt power tools.

Home Depot didnt have the toilet flange extender that i needed, but Menards did! They got a great selection of items for repair anything in your home, even to the odd shaped washer or nut you cant find elsewhere.

Took three floor workers to find what we needed. Knew it was there, looked online first! Nice older lady with possibly Parkinsons. Wonderful employee! Knowledgeable!

Customer service great product bags leak. Purchased 5 50Lb sandblast.all 5 bags 80% it was pouring on floor they did tape it up but no discount

Love getting my paint at Menards. Third time going back since we just painted our kitchen, living room, hallway to bedrooms and and 8 doors! Service was great and the employees are so kind.

I really love shopping at this Menards, its always clean and employees very friendly. My only complaint is that what I want to get might be out of stock quite often, not a lot but it tends to happen to me and mostly with the dog food and cat litter I like. Otherwise its a great location to shop at for hardware, some groceries and housewares.

I shop at Menards quite a bit. I bought cat litter and distilled water. They have good sales and a nice assortment of things.

I would not shop here if my life depended on it! The staff are all control freaks and are incredibly rude and the prices are too high and everyone knows the 11% rebate game. After being denied service for my medical condition I went to Home Depot and had a very good professional experience over there. The only reason this Menards has a overall 4 star rating is because of all the brown nosed employees and selfish managers that leave their own 5 star reviews. Whatever, it was Menards $1,300 loss when it only costed me $997 at home depot.

Getting frustrated with employees.....I asked where the wood numbers and letters were, and I swear if I wasnt asking for her life. She took me over to them but they only had numbers and of course why would I think she would hang around? So we left. Ill go to west bend instead where the employees are nicer.

I wish I could give them negative stars. This place is absolutely horrible. Unfortunately Im very forgiving and gave them way more chances than they deserve to earn my business but after WAY too many of the worst shopping experiences of my life, Ive decided Ill NEVER go back. Any other store on the planet will beat these guys in customer service and quality by far. Its not worth it for anyone to step foot in this place. Spend your money at a business that values you as a customer!

Not a bad store. Actually smaller than others Ive been to, but its not about size! Came to get discounted Christmas things which was kind of confusing. Each day the discount percentage would ride. Confusing part is they mention with a huge list what you cant get on discount, when really there are only a couple catagories you could. Other than that, spacious and polite employees that make for a good business!

Some of the rudest staff, felt completely ignored while trying to find a certain type of lumbar. A man on a forklift almost ran over my husband and 2 kids, didnt say a word, just kept driving. And they dont sanitize their carts, which as a parent to little kids, I find disgusting.

Me and gf was there a few week I walked thought the front door without a mask just fine but get to the flooring department i get harassed because I dont have a mask. I have a medical problem i cant be wearing them Mask and when I get to check my gf with a mask couldnt even buy our 500 dollar worth of flooring but its ok we went to home depot and got what need for a cheaper price the only reason we came to Menards was for the 11% rebate i will never be back to give our money

Very good COVID safety. Staff all wore masks and they require customers to wear masks too. The last time I was there (9/20), I did not see anyone without a mask.Nice selection of building materials and housewares. Good selection of holiday supplies. Basic selection of food and groceries.

Place sucks, make fun of asthma people

They are in the stone age, with the components they carry.they have nothing new age for plumbing, carpentry, masonry or electrical.if your looking for parts that are green friendly or biofriendly, they are lacking in every department, area, and knowledge.THEY HAVE a single PHENOMENAL EMPLOYEE per department. its your task to find which one that is. are out of stock of all major parts, fittings and sizes.

Last time I was there I was told to leave very rudely because I didnt wear a mask federally we are not mandated in the state of Wisconsin to wear a mask but yet Menards thinks that they can verbally attack their customers to make them leave the store and feel ashamed... its pathetic!

I have never been more insulted in my life... not disability friendly at all. I was corner and treated like vermin because I was not like other patrons. This man here treated me like I was nothing and asked me to leave his store after I told him of my psychological condition.

Other than the mask, I have always liked menards. masks should be up to the shopper.

We waited half an hour to for someone to help us order a door and windows. We talked to 2 employees who went to get us help, but no one came. We like Menards, but I guess we’ll go elsewhere. 🤷🏼‍♂️Update: We tried to call and speak to the manager, but the girl on the phone kept asking us why and said “okay” real b****y way. Honestly not trying to be a Karen, we just wanna get this stuff ordered cause our contractor is booked constantly.

We went to the Menards in Sheboygan WI simply to get some trim for our house and the men at the mill work area did not care to help us we asked if we could cut our wood and made us walk in the cold rain to cut it then did not care about the blemishes that were already in the trim off the shelf then said they “did not know the managers number.” But Patty the nice lady that checked us out was nice and helpful and helped us get a discount on the bad trim which the other guys did not care about. All together I had a bad experience!

Choua was so helpful. We had 3 carts filled up with flooring and then it started to down poor outside and he offered to take all the carts in the back so we could pick them up the next day. Choua is an example of a great Menards team member, hes doing it right! That man needs a raise.

Most frustrating experience of my life.Ordered new appliances on May 4th.When I placed my order they said that all the items were in stock except for one, and that the one item would be in on 06/03/2020. I said that wasnt a problem and that if it was okay I would pick it all up at once since they wouldnt offer delivery.I called on June 17th to ask for an update as it had been 2 weeks past the initial date that they said the last item would come in. I was told the order had been in and they never called. I went to pick up the order, only to be told 2 of the 3 items were actually NOT in. Then to be sent out back and be given two items, one being the store display which I did not order or ask for, and had zero protective packaging, NOR did they grant the store model display discount.I called today to get a status update on the back ordered item, the lady that answered the phone first complained that she was going to have to go check. She put me on down for over 9 minutes while you could here her swearing up a storm about the customer she had talked to prior to me.After nine minutes of waiting she came back to say that it STILL was not in, I asked her to track it and she said she couldnt help me and transferred me to someone else. They took my name and number - called back to say September 17th.It has been 14 weeks since I ordered these, I get to wait another 5+ weeks.No rebate back, no appliances.Should have gone to Home Depot.

They have everything you need for one stop shopping. You can get stuff to fix your house, good for the dogs, and materials to dispose of a body. Its really nice to be able to get everything at one place in one trip. They even have real life garden gnomes.

Purchased a trampoline. Took a little while to find a larger cart. Went back to the entrance. Clean store!

Dont order online from them. I placed an order that was then shipped from 3 different stores. All 3 products came used and missing pieces. I did not order used products. There is no 800 customer service number so I called the corporate office and left a voicemail. 2 days later I get an email stating they dont do phone, all correspondence is by email for quality control. Maybe focus your quality control on not misleading customers into thinking they are buying new products that come used. Also they charge a 25% restocking fee for returns, so have fun returning your used merchandise then being charged for it. If this was 1 order from 1 store maybe I could understand, but 3 separate packages from 3 different stores, same results. And not having your voicemail call returned adds insult to injury. Never again

We called ahead, got in touch w/elecdept., yes they had the part..went to the store and the same sales associate put the part in my husbands handThis is nothing new for Menards..but we always appreciate their help

The staff have always been friendly. They have usually been able to help me find what I need. I shop here frequently. Some of their products have been SO cheap because of poor quality. Be on guard. Dont just buy for price; check quality.

I ordered a saw over 20 days ago, card was charged from the very first day...called asking where my saw is and I was told it is not in stock and they said the supplier did not have it currently. I ordered from menards...so take responsibility not give excuses.

Price gouging, forcing people to where masks - taking away free choice when providing our hard earned money to do home projects - outright greed, and do not forget about the owner how comfortable he sits financially. Menards does not follow their slogan at all, they are out rake people over. I have been going to Menards for over 20 years - disappointed at business and not employees that I befriended over the years.
