My phone went out of commission yesterday and I stopped at two Verizon stores in FDL WI with absolutely terrible customer service. So because I am working near Sheboygan WI I stopped in at the Verizon store on Business Dr. JP was extremely helpful with options and new phone set up. Though I was limited on options (Thats a corporate deal) the customer service EXCEPTIONAL

Very few staff members so expect a long wait time but other than that I think the service there was very good. Service with a smile is always the best. But afterwards I felt like I could have bought what I wanted online for cheaper.

Miscommunication across the board, from phone upgrades, to location that they service, to even professionalism in general. They treat you as if you know everything they do, and when you have a question for them they say, well thats just basic knowledge.

I was so impressed with my experience with the staff at Wireless Zone that I had the rest of my family sign up with them immediately. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We bought our new Samsung phones here because they offered a $200 discount on our Samsung Galaxy S10 phones. Now I have regrets. While golfing yesterday, the course I played wasnt on my favorite golf app so I used a golf app that I had previously used on my Galaxy S7. After two holes it bricked my phone. I poked around on the course but could not get my phone to work at all so I drove to Sheboygan and the TCC store. The agent, a handsome young black man, asked me for my information and determined that we had not bought the coverage for damage, breakage, whatever. Im not sure what its called but I thought it was only for physical breakage. Having worked in computer support, I was pretty sure that this was nothing more than a software issue. But this agent repeatedly browbeat me for not having purchased the coverage that he himself tried to sell us at the time of purchase. He told me Id have to contact Samsung to deal with my problem. Imagine that!!!Finally, he said hed see if he could find a fix and I think he looked on YouTube to search for how to reset my phone. Applying the reset procedure my problem was solved.This is not the type of service I expect and I do not like to be repeatedly reminded that I should have purchased something that in fact I STILL DONT NEED.Last winter while in Florida, I went to a Verizon store there because my phone wouldnt ring. The agent went out of his way to call Verizon tech support and an agent explained the relatively complicated procedure to make my phone work correctly.Compare this service to the service I got where I purchased my phone! This agent should be ashamed of his poor presentation and while I appreciated the help and he did solve my problem I feel he should not have made such an issue out of my lack of an insurance plan that I likely will never need.
