I needed a replacement for a malfunctioning keyboard on my laptop, and was unable to complete the job myself. I did not know this shop existed until I did a Google search, hoping to avoid shipping the laptop out of town. Communication by Email and phone was excellent, and I had an appt the following morning and turnaround time was 24 hours in my case. Reasonable price, and I am very happy.

Up front establishment. Easy to work with, professional, fair pricing, would recommend. Turnaround time was about five days but it was worth the wait and I was informed when I dropped it off how long it will take.

I usually have my brother help when a computer problem is over my head since he is currently in his last year of training in Computer Technology at LTC; but my issue had even him stumped. We both spent hours searching for a solution and tried everything under the sun to get this laptop running well again (The machine was only a few months old). Finally threw in the towel and called some local shops. Many had non working numbers, other did not answer, the Geeks wanted me to buy a service contract for $380 before they would talk to me about any problems! The only shop that had a reasonable answer and offer was Sheboygan PC Repair. We took the offer and it is was the best decision we have ever made. They had my laptop diagnosed in one day and the repair was completed one the 3rd day all for under $200. The tech explained exactly what caused the problem and how to prevent it. I just had my PC repaired by Kyle, who is a great, hardworking dude. I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my desktop, turns out it was the motherboard and he replaced it for me. I was using a little high school issued laptop for 2 weeks and it was driving me insane, so I sent in my PC to Kyle because it stopped working. He was ontop of it in no time. My laptop slowly started dying and then one day didnt turn back on. Took it in to Sheboygan PC Repair and I got a quote for the repair within a day of dropping it off. They determined there was an internal power component that needed replacing. When I gave the green light on the job, they were equally as quick in the repair itself! My laptop now works fine again, saved me from having to spend several hundreds more on a flat out laptop replacement, Thanks!

Came here to get a replacement CPU fan and some reassurance on what I was buying, he helped make sure the part was correct and told me how it would need to be installed. Also got some computer duster. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the prices were great too! Would definitely recommend for any of your computer parts needs.

Cant give enough credit to Kyle for all of his help. Got a virus while using a well-known virus protection software. Only option seemed to be wiping the drive and starting over. Kyle was able to do this magic trick within 24 hours. The computer was returned to me in like new condition. All my emails were intact as were the pictures and videos. He made a few adjustments and installed Chrome. I dont like Chrome, but due to some email prodding from Kyle, I tried it for a few days and now Im a convert. Not only do I think Kyle is good at his profession, but he wants to make sure youre happy with his service. Hes patient and will give a good and prompt response to further questions even after the service is completed.

Im very impressed with Kyle and staff. I purchased a PC with dual hard drives from Milwaukee PC and they kinda screwed up the file paths. I had documents and photos stored in multiple directories. Kyle was able to clean up the directories, eliminate tons of garbage, and create new files paths so documents, photos, etc were mapped correctly. My experience was excellent. Kyle was able to fix my problem and was courteous enough to have it ready in time for me to pick it up by the weekend. I gave three stars because there was a different background on my computer when I turned it on (with the business logo, not something I want to look at all the time) and I had to take the time to remove the background and find and adjust my original one (which I really wanted to stay on). I know it may seem little, but this is not something I wanted to spend 30 minutes fixing when I shouldnt have had to fix it in the past. Probably will not use this service again for that reason. :(

I never thought I would get scammed but I called for help with Magic Jack but it turned out I had the wrong number. They connected to my computer and locked it up. The scam artist tried to make us pay $300 to unlock our computer. No thank you - I am not going to pay a criminal. I decided to make a best of a bad situation and keep the money in our community by going to a small, locally owned business. I opened the phone book and found a listing for Sheboygan PC Repair. I called at about 2PM today (Friday) and Kyle was willing to work late to get it done for me before the weekend. You saved my weekend. My computer is so clean and fast, even better than when it was new. Kyle removed all the garbage programs that came bundled with the computer and he installed only the essentials. What a wizard.

I had a hardware issue on a new custom desktop build. When I dropped my PC off (no appointment needed but I called ahead anyway) I was given a 2-day timeframe and agreed to be contacted by phone the next day for the prognosis and a price. Was called that next day as promised, agreed to what I think was a fair price, and was to expect it ready before the end of the following day. It was ready for pick-up a few hours early and everything is working and installed as promised. Friendly guy too – 10/10 would take broken computer here again.

My laptop would not charge. I called all the local shops and (of the few that answered the phone) none of them knew how to take apart laptops beside this one. He had a flat rate for the service and said he did this kind of repair often. I brought it into his shop on North 23rd. Street and he was able to fix it, he even had the new jack (the one inside the laptop where you plug in the power cord) IN STOCK and took pictures to show me to process of the repair. All said and done it was $130 and I was only without my laptop for about 18 hours. I really appreciate the fast service.EDIT: I should add that he even went above and beyond by doing all the Windows Updates and installing the Java Update that was coming up all the time.

Bought a refurbished PC. 12GB of Ram, Quad Core Processor, 1TB Hard drive all for about half of what Best Buy wanted. He even transferred all my personal data from my old PC for free.

If I could give it a zero I would. The worst computer repair place ever for professionals. I took it in because the touchpad wasnt working well. The result - ALL the software I had on the computer was lost. He said Youll get a computer like when it was new - NOT All the original software I had when I purchased the computer - GONE. What he didnt say is that Id lose ALL the software I installed post purchase, including all the bookmarks on the internet because he didnt ghost the machine or do a proper backup any of the programs that were installed. I lost 6 months of research work and will have to spend days reinstalling all the software. Any other place Ive taken my computer for repair it comes back better - this has come back a thousand times worse costing me hundreds of dollars to restore and losing so much work time. He installed his logo all over and in my computer without my permission and in the places I travel it would be seen as racist and offensive. His excuse was that the guy who repairs your water heater puts his label on it - (one - not four) and I dont put personal and company information on my water heater. My computer is MY computer it is not a SPC computer and to branded as one and install SPC logos on the label a personal computer as though you own it - without permission is completely out of bounds. In 40 years of business and 22 personal computers Ive owned - I have never had any company be this unprofessional and incompetent.

For about a month our MacBook was having ongoing issues with speed and instability. The unit was slow to unresponsive and proved difficult, if not impossible to use. We considered purchasing a new laptop but decided to bring it in to Kyle for him to have a look and give us some advice and a quote to repair.Within a day Kyle had run a full hardware test and identified that the hard drive was failing. He provided a clear and understandable description as well as recommendation and quotes for repairing the unit.We eneded up going with a new Solid State hard drive and an upgraded Ram / Memory package which he then installed along with reloading the operating system. Several days later he delivered a like new laptop at a fraction of the cost of a new unit.Should we ever have issues with our home computer or laptop we will not hesitate to leave it with Sheboygan PC Repair.

I got some kind of virus that said i had to pay a bunch of money to unlock my computer. they said they were the fbi. this didnt smell right. i called the police and they said it was a common scam and not to pay it but to bring it to a local computer repair shop. i looked in the yellow pages and found a nice ad for sheboygan pc repair. called and got the computer fixed the same day. now its way faster than it was and its clean. it was $125 but well worth it. less than the $400 the fake fbi was trying to get from me. I understand now how i got this and he even showed me the place i got it, it was a fake java update. i will keep my eyes open for things like this. i feel confident i wont get another virus.
