The UPS store was closed during their business hours. Went to CVS instead to drop off my package when an employee mentioned that the “UPS store suddenly closed until further notice”.

Drove from 20+ minutes away (one way) just to see a sign on their door indicating they dont open until noon today instead of their 8am posted hours. Heres some free advice; learn to run a business.

2:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Closed. No sign indicating anything except their normal hours.

Drove from far away. Was there during posted hours, and they were closed already.

Excellent service here, especially from the manager. Everything is always done efficiently and professionally, and it makes sending packages a breeze. Even with the strictures imposed by COVID-19 they still do a terrific job.

Amazon returns are very convenient through this store and only take a minute to process! Quick in and out.

Very quick service each time I go to the UPS store. The last time was an Amazon return. Couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was. Highly recommend.

Had some issues with damaged shipment but I was able to work with the store owner himself. He was very cooperative and worked with me to get the issue resolved with insurance claims. Unfortunately, we cant say what happened from the time it left this facility to the recipients doorstep but its the best we could make out of the situation and I appreciate that.

If I could give zero stars I would. There has not been a single delivery that this location has done to my address that hasnt had some sort of issue. My packages have been delivered to the wrong address more times than I can even count at this point. I dont know if they just hire incompetent people, or if they are forcing their drivers into such a rush that they dont bother to double check if they are doing their job correctly. Either way, its ridiculous and I DREAD everytime I have something coming from them because I know its going to be nothing but a runaround and a headache.

I had a package that I needed to return. I drove 45 minutes thinking I can drop it off at this location but the person working there rudely decline accepting the package. He said that only a truck or customer center could take the package. Long story short that office has limited hours and Ill have to come back another day.

Conveniently located close to home. This is a ups retail store and drop off location. This is not a us post office like it says it is. No usps packages can be dropped off here.

Horrible service. Every time I order anything, the UPS driver just leaves it at the front of my screen door without knocking. He/she NEVER knocks!The last time, it was raining. My package was soaking wet. And he/she didnt bother checking to see if my screen door was open (which it was btw in case it rained, so he/she wouldnt have to leave it in the rain).And no signature? Seriously? Has customer care gone down for UPS? Or am I over thinking this?? I would really like to know.For now, no recommendation... at all.

Pretty aggravated with the service I am receiving. I ordered something and delivery keeps on being delayed because of the fact that I have construction on my street. The drivers will literally not get out of their vehicles to deliver my package and are saying that it is unsafe. Its safe enough for me to walk down my street daily. It just seems that the drivers do not care.

I brought a package here with a prepaid label to be returned to an online vendor. 3 weeks later and the package has disappeared- looks like now I dont get the package OR the refund from the vendor because it got lost at this store.

That is how you operate! Ridiculously efficient and friendly. Walked in with about 6 boxes and 2 Att pdevices- in and out in no time. Extremely fun and savvy people working there. Hats off!

On Tuesday, The UPS person came and rang the doorbell. He said he needed a adult signiture to have it in our house! Who would be home on Tuesday at 1:00 pm in the afternoon. My parents work full shift!
