Needed nose pad replaced on glasses and did not have an appointment but they worked me in and repaired my glasses. Thank you Ladies very much for the quick service. Very pleased!

I made an eye appt over a month in advance. They called me a day before my appt to tell me they couldnt get ahold of my insurance company. I just told them to cancel it. Go somewhere else. Dont waste your time.

Staff was rude. Asked if I could check if my insurance is accepted, meanwhile she’s sitting down at the desk and yelling to me from across the room. She informs me it will be awhile before she can get to me. Or I can just call my insurance myself. This was after I witnessed her berate an elderly gentleman ask if he could pick up his ‘lenses’ in which she replied ‘we don’t just sell lenses by themselves; do you mean lenses within frames, so glasses?’Since we just moved to the area we need to find which place will accept our insurance around here. I made the decision that I will not be bringing our business here to be treated so rudely and I would rather pay out of pocket for care than to use this place of business.First impressions are everything and this woman left a lasting impression: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS

The desk staff were not helpful and terrible. I made appointment on like to come in and they said it was given away. I showed it was confirmed and asked how could that be. I clerk just looked at her screen and made no eye contact. Obviously inept at their work. Made no attempt to help reschedule and I was told to go elsewhere. I was dumbfounded and left. Ive been going there for yrs and will never go there again. Called my provider and complained about this.

Dr. Carrie Balthaser was very professional, concerned and friendly! SVS staff is very hospitable. Shout out to Pam, Krissy and Theresa.... I had direct contact with these ladies who were extremely friendly and helpful.#SatisfiedCustomer

Very friendly and helpful staff. Make you feel very comfortable and make the experience very personable. They did have a promotion running for choosing glasses at a more affordable price... However the prices were still quite high for me, even after my insurance I still had paid over $200 for an eye exam and one pair of glasses. I have since found two pairs of glasses online elsewhere for less than this price.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Doctors take the time to discuss issues & explain in layman’s terms. They work with you to figure the best way for the customer to get the biggest bang for their buck when it comes to insurance vs. their promotions, etc. Overall great experience!

I wanted an adjustment to my glasses and was greeted with a locked door and a rude woman who told me to read the sign and that they no longer accept walk in traffic due to covid. I used to go there for all my eye care. I went over to Visionworks and they took care of me. Not to worry SVS, I will never go back to your panic stricken locked up office with the rude greeter.

I’m giving 3 stars because the optometrist is great. However, the employees are very rude. Maybe these employees need to take a course on customer service and hospitality. They just lost three customers because of their unpleasant demeanor

The staff here is very friendly and courteous. I enjoyed the entire visit from start to finish. They even got my glasses finished earlier than they anticipated. I typically have to wait up to 2 weeks due to the strength of my prescription. They only took one week.

This is the worst place to go for glasses or contacts! They way over price the products and then give you a discount that is still more expensive than going someplace else to fulfill your prescription. If you do try someplace else after having the exam with them, they will refuse to verify your prescription. They talk bad about other customers to you and treat you like your a child. Im so glad to have new insurance and never have to come back. Seriously dreded coming here when I had to. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Staff was welcoming. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took her time with each examination. Also, there wasnt a long wait time. Office was clean, and there was a decent selection of glasses.

Absolutely loved this place and will be back. Me and my daughter were treated so kindly. Staff is amazing, and the have an abundance of glasses to choose from. Very busy glad we switched.

I highly recommend SVS Vision. If you are in need of a one stop shop for eye exam and glasses/contacts, then you have come to the right place. The Doctors are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. And the office manager and additional office staff are second to none!The vision center is undergoing interior renovations right now, but dont let that stop you!!! You are there for your eyes, not for finding a cover to the next Home and Garden mag.

My daughter and i are very pleased with svs vision optical center. We got our appointment the same week we called and had our glasses in less than a week later. The place was very clean and everyone was so polite. I would recommended this place as the best experience i have ever had. And i am 62-year-old. And have been wearing glasses since i was a child.

The office manager is amazing at this location! I upgraded my lenses to the blue light lens, and I ended up hating it because of the tint it left. I called and they were able to get the lenses remade without the tint and they were professional and polite about the situation! I will definitely come back!! Great job!

My concerns and questions about procedure for cataract surgery were well answered. Post surgery has been very encouraging. I see 👀 so much better.

No waiting! This was my first visit but they got me in and out very quickly. Paperwork was a breeze also. They already had insurance and personal info filled out on the forms. Also very easy to set up my appt.

Poor selection of glasses covered under insurance plans. Im not sure you can even call it a selection when they only offer two pairs. Its really unfortunate. Nice location but absolutely no help if you have vision insurance and are looking for a covered pair of glasses.

Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The Dr is so kind and her staff is exceptional!

If you let the people direct you to expensive frames and glasses the service is wonderful and the people are helpful. However if you want to stick to glasses covered by your vision plan they will be a lot less helpful . They will try to get you to accept frames that are too small or poorly fitting no real help in adjustment and generally give you a very poor experience. My opinion do not go there if you want good coverage at a reasonable price. If you have any other option use it, the people are nasty if you dont want to get sucked into expensive designer frames and lenses.

My glasses are not fitting good enough so I will have to go back in today for an adjustment. The ladies are all very nice and the eye doctor is very thorough and explains everything.

As someone who has a phobia of eye exams, I was extremely pleased with my visit to SVS Vision. The entire staff knew about my anxiety and did a wonderful job making me feel not so nervous. A+ customer service!!

Extremely terrible. After waiting a week I finally get my glasses and later that day I clean them with the factory sealed microfiber cloth they provided and theyre scratched so badly I mine as well throw them away. I even let them talk me into getting the most expensive anti-scratch, anti-glare, etc etc lenses. Complete garbage. $800 down the drain FOR NOTHING? Does SVS Vision care? No, they got $800 from someone that gave them a chance. Best part?Nothing has warranty! Why would they want to have a warranty on anything knowing that its all cheap garbage(besides the frames Im only complaining about the garbage most expensive lenses I sadly chose). Guess Ill just go back to wearing my Walmart readers atleast those down get scratched and Ive been wearing those for 3 years the same pair 3 whole years! Terrible. If youre reading reviews wondering if you should go here, dont. Take my experience for granted and go somewhere else.

If your eye exam is covered by your health insurance, ASK what kind of exam youre going to get. I was charged for an eye glasses exam And a contact lens exam. Because of that, I paid $85 for what should have been a $15 in network co-pay. SVS said they have to do both exams. No other optometry office Ive been to says both exams are necessary.
