I would first of all like to say apologises for the delayed feedback. I have been meaning to since the purchase, but just haven’t gotten round to doing it. I recently purchased a used Audi from this branch and cannot fault the service in any way.I dont live in the area, so bought the car based on the video I received and knowing that the Audi Used car program thoroughly checks the car prior to selling. I dealt with Lewis Spencer, who was top class. Professional, polite, helpful and patiently put up with my constant barrage of questions about the car. Lewis kept me up to date with the status of the car as it was being prepared, which was great and reassuring. Appalled by the rep who organises test drives (or didnt in my case). The founder of JCT 600, Jack Tordoff would be turning in his grave with such poor service.Im looking to replace my current lease mid next year and am test driving cars for suitability because I am 67 tall and most cars are uncomfortable for me to drive.Firstly, I had to apply twice online and then enquire in person in the showroom before I received a call about arranging said test drive.He eventually called, but was more interested in getting the details of my works fleet manager before even mentioning a possible test drive. I told Id happily those contact details once I had test driven the car, found it suitably comfortable and decided to place an order. Without a test drive and knowing that its a viable option theres little point going to the trouble of finding out who the fleet manager is in a large corporation like the 1 I work in. This wasnt good enough for him. He then began to tell me that he was a salesman and cant be seen just giving away test drives all day long, he needs some kind of incentive like being able to seal deals with fleet managers. Not only for my order, but for all other potential people working for the company I work for, which has over 200,000 employees. He finally topped it off by telling me that I was being awkward when I said that I would happily find and pass on my companies fleet manager contact details after a test drive, so he could benefit from my sale and potentially many more from within my company. Still that wasnt good enough, so I politely informed him I wouldnt be doing business him.So unprofessional, so obnoxious, steer well clear of this garage and the poor service, because if this is what the service is like BEFORE sales, Id hate to imagine what its like after sales.

Good choice of used cars available but if you in the market for a new car dont expect a firm date on when you may get one, we were quoted between March and June due to the issues with semi conductors.

Because I am looking to.make a warranty claim they have been ducking my calls for ages. The right person is never available, never calls or emails back. Horrendous customer service, avoid...

Really not impressed with Audi Sheffield. I have a 2 year old vehicle on PCP that has done 30,000 miles. Vehicle suddenly wouldnt drive... and Im told the clutch & flywheel needing replacing and they arent covered under the warranty as apparently thats wear and tear...even on a vehicle as new as that!!! I spoke to several members of staff and they have said that they regularly see Audi clutches go at a lot less miles than that... I told them they shouldnt be bragging about that, thats not a good thing. Really disappointed and will be exercising voluntary termination right and getting a better quality vehicle with a better quality manufacturer whos clutches dont go after so few miles. Very disappointed as I loved my car up until now and genuinely thought Id have been a customer of Audi for life, but Id warn others to stay well clear and go for a better quality manufacturer.

We have just taken delivery of our new Q3 sportback s line 40 tdi quattroand what a car this is, this is the 2nd we have had and the spec on this is amazing, but its not just about the car, its the whole package and JCT 600 certainly deliver the whole package, from ordering the car through to delivery and the finest detail, and finance packages to suit, we would certainly recommend JCT 600 for your new car, well done guys and gals and thank you for everything.

Great customer experience from Lewis last week. Promptly replying to email enquiries, letting me know exactly what documents to provide etc for a part exchange valuation and arranging a test drive. Test drive at the weekend went well. The car was exactly as hed described, and Lewis was professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous throughout.

The whole vibe is off in this place.Was dealt with by a sales man whos name begins with NThe impression i got was that he wanted us off his desk.Later to go home and find a car we would have bought from jct that was in budget.Now im thinking well skip audi or try another franchise like inchcape.

All the audi approved cars had no prices on just a QR code which did not work. A couple of adverts about restaurants came up. What a joke. No details about the model,age or history. Therefore we left and we were potential buyers. Audi, get your act together.

Lovely car, unable to test drive due to distance and current COVID 19 regulations in place (was offered a test drive when interest logged). Only slight disappointment, car was due to arrive with fuel as agreed part of the sale, after receiving the car, went for a drive a short time later, drove less than one mile and the fuel light came on to say needed to re fuel as low. Did not expect to have to fill the tank as soon as car arrived hence an unexpected further expense.

Lewis is the guy to ask for in Sales. Very helpful and enthusiastic and most importantly he is as good and responsive after the sale than he is before - which is the real test of customer service.I have some doubts about Audi Sheffield’s adherence to the 149 point check Audi supposedly carry out on used cars but when things went wrong Lewis stepped in and helped me out including liasing with a more local Audi garage to me.3 stars to Audi but 5 stars to Lewis.
