I made an appointment for installing my aftermarket radio a day before I come, they said I can come and check and start the work on 10AM. I came on times I need to wait for 30 more mins for the mechanic guy. They pushed me to the end of the queue (12:30) even I made an appointment. The mechanic guy come with a bad attitude (never talk to me directly, the only thing he can say is the labor fee, which is triple times the price of the stereo). I respect their business, but they should be on time and improve attitude :) (I think I should not come back)
