I needed granite for a project and Haley and the Page family at the Granite Gallery could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They have beautiful granite and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have done business with then a few times, friendly people with great rates and customer service. We went from walking in to install in roughly 10 days.

Mary showed me and my wife a piece of granite on the website at their office that they said they could get us that following weekend. Mary told us that people normally pay a down payment to hold a slab of granite that way no one else could get it so therefore we paid $3000 in cash to hold it even though it was not there yet. 3 to 4 weeks went by and We never heard a word from Mary. So I decided to call and see what the problem was and to check on our slab of granite and Mary said that she was wondering what happened to us. How would we know that they did not get the granite. I told her we were waiting on them to contact us. She said something about the truck was delayed and could take several weeks to months, which in my opinion they never even went in the first place to get the granite, that granite never existed. She told me that there were two more slabs of granite on the yard that we could choose from but I did not want the two slabs of granite because there was too much Gray. Therefore, Mary had the guy that cuts the granite come outside. She showed him our plans of which pieces that we needed and him and Mary guaranteed they could cut around the gray and give us what we need in our entire house off of two slabs. She said if She sees that theres going to be any gray in our pieces she would call us and we could pick out different granite. We chose to put granite in our kitchen half-bath and a full bath upstairs. I picked out a 60/40 for our kitchen sink And then two square sinks in the two bathrooms. I never heard anything from Mary and therefore I thought everything was good. She called me the day of delivery and she said that they put a round sink in one of the bathrooms and asked if I would be satisfied with that or would I want them to cut another piece of granite off of a different slab so I can get my square sink and I said yes thats is the route that I want to go About one hour later I called and asked if she could call me on their way to my house so I can be there when they installed the granite and she told me that it would be a while because they just started cutting the upstairs bathroom granite. About 30 minutes later we decided to go ahead and go to the new house so we can be there when they got there and when we got there they were almost done. Theres no way they could have cut the granite, load everything up come to our house and set every piece of stone in our house and almost be done. Mary did not want me and my wife to be there because she knew they had messed up. First of all: each piece of granite in our house had Gray all in it, they put the wrong sink in the kitchen, and they also put A piece of granite in our master bathroom that we didnt even order, which we had them take out. The biggest kicker of all is that we had brand-new cabinets installed in our kitchen that we never had a chance to put one single dish in, and they cut into our cabinets in two places. The half bath vanity was completely gray which I had them take it out right then. The next day I noticed scratches on our cabinet that surrounds our refrigerator. I called and told them about it and asked that they come by and look at it and to call me before they show up to fix it because I want to be there. They knew that we had left the door open for them to install the granite And other workers. They never called me they just come in our home when I asked them not to not without us there. They come in sanded our kitchen cabinets and totally messed them up. They paid a cabinet maker to come in and fix our cabinets. It took about 4-5 months for them to get done with our granite As of right now I have 3 different types of granite in my house. And as for Mary she is the most impolite, disrespectful person that I have ever met. She has hung up on me and told me to never call her again when all I was trying to do is to check on my granite. I would not ever recommend the granite gallery to anyone. The only reason there is one star is because I couldnt post my review if there was no stars.
