The overall service from Danny Smith has been fantastic. Even though I feel I’m a demanding customer who wants the car delivered before the paperwork is even done. Calling him constantly for up dates it didn’t faze him. Always professional. Even offering advise to save me money on a jaguar branded child’s seat from my 3 year old. Car gets delivered tomorrow and I can not wait to see it. Danny even sent me a personalised video of the car offering a wealth of knowledge throughout. Their was no hard sell. Just great advise. We bought our Jaguar from Hatfields just over 2 years ago. The sales service as you would expect was very good. Once the sale had been made however, the support and customer service disappeared. We have been without our car for 5 months in that 2 years and the service and treatment has been shambolic.We currently have a complaint that has been running for over a year and we have been passed from pillar to post around the Jaguar network with absolutely nothing done, not even a hint of an apology. Very sad to report as we looked forward to owning the car.We will be asking the Ombudsman to make a fair and reasonable judgement and to force Hatfields into accepting responsibility for poor service and encouraging them to treat customers fairly and reasonably.

Just bought a Car from here and it was a great experience from start to finish, very professional and courteous service.

Ipace is such a weak parts for a suv. I ahd a minor accident which led to much more damage than expected.Then 5 weeks car off road caue jaguar just sell cars, no support for after sale. Tried to contact customer satisfaction team, 5 days and they are stalling asking for more and more documentations, to proof my leese hold, provided insurance, provide contract with car registration, they ask for contract with Vin. And till now nothing moved.Jaguar is 0 recommended for after sale

Went not expecting too much and came away an hour later with a Jaguar XE and an unbelievably great deal. Young Ryan worked his socks off to get us what we wanted and delivered with a pleasant surprise. Our first Hatfields visit and our first Jaguar. Hopefully will not be our last. Highly recommend. Fantastic throughout, the service staff are extremely polite yes the price can be a little more than normal however the technicians are trained jaguar technicians so we know the works done properly. they must have valeters that care about the quality as mine was a mess when i got in i could not tell it was my car. absolutely amazing place. First attempt to make contact was via their website contact form. Never received an answer, so rang them to get a quote.I then drove to the dealership to arrange an appointment and to see where they are, only to be greeted (or lack of) by some girl who was obviously bored stiff searching the internet or something like that. She seemed to have problems to understand my request, so after 3 attempts she finally remembered the English language. I kind of got the impression that I was a nuisance to her. My partner had the same impression, so it was not only me.She was completely out of her depth with this simple request and had to ask a manager for advice. She came back only to tell me that they cant see their bookings on a Sunday and have to wait for Monday. I was asked to come back on Monday. Not going to happen!Went to the next Jaguar dealer to try the same. Finally someone who values their customers. Got it sorted within minutes. Very friendly welcome, very professional. Will take my business there.Hatfields Sheffield will not see me again!

Good service always for which you pay for. The reason Ive marked them down is for the last 3 Mots they recommended that I replace my breaks. They still havent been replaced and are working fine and no warning lights to the contrary

I have 4 jaguar dealers with equal drive times, and before today was very disappointed. They are often rude, stupidly expensive and response times are measured with a calendar. What a delight to find a responsive, helpful and reasonably priced main dealer.

Took care of turbo warranty claim no hassle.

Loved one particular car but was sold day after visiting

Excellent service. I only went for a faulty interior light to be corrected and came out with a clean car to boot. On another occaision i was loaned a demo car while mine was being serviced. I am updated on when my car will be ready and given time slots instead of needing to have the car with them all day to suit their schedule. Have been several times now.

Build quality of xf is atrocious. Repairs outsourced to 3rd party bodyshop who have created more problems then they solved. Dreadful customer service from dealership accepting no responsibility for repair or able to offer a solution. Avoid at all cost. Buy a BMW!!Dont bother trying to contact Clive Pick. He doesnt respond to emails or phone calls.

Had a problem with my XE when it went into Hatfields for a recallI contacted there management team who quickly and professionally arranged for my car to be repaired.A true measure of a company is how it reacts when things go wrong and in my case they got it right .I would have given them 5 stars but for the initial problem .

Always found the guys helpful both over the phone and when i take the car in. Surprised by the negative reviews on here as Ive never experienced any issues. Quite happy to travel to Sheffield to take my car to them despite there being a more local option.

What a horrific company. Despite spending £60,000 on a vehicle with them and servicing said vehicle at their garage when I needed them boy did they let me down. Advised of a fault on the dashboard which they promptly picked my car up to address. When my car arrived with them the fault was intermittent effecting just the dynamic modes, they did a diagnostic check and called me to say they wanted to dismantle the car at £400 and I needed to pay £180 for the initial check. Nothing that was disclosed to me at the time, oh and by the way they cant promise this will fix the car just give them an idea of the issue. Also at this point they claimed they cannot redeliver the car to me as all 4 tyres are illegal (I collected the car myself and took straight to an MOT centre and they confirmed all tyres were fine although rears would need replacing in 3-6 months). Subsequently I collected the car and refused to pay the £180 charge as clearly I was never told about this cost initially. Hatfields caused my car to now have a permanent fault effecting all dynamic modes, suspension, spoiler function, THE LOT. Taken to a specialist local to me who had the car for 40 minutes and resolved it showing me what Hatfields had done to make my car faults appear worst and therefore charge me more money!! Disgraceful company. They will however clean your car and leave a letter thanking you for using them with some crayons for your kids, typical pointless dealer practice.
