These guys are lifesavers and friendly as hell. This review is about half a year overdue, but still necessary. I was up in B-town with my wife for a nice mini vacation. Literally, lol. But while in town, my r60 Countryman ran into the trusty thermostat failure and the fan would NEVER turn off- leading to 2 drained battery nights. We called these guys up, and not more than 5 hours later the thermostat was replaced, free of charge under warranty, without a question asked. AND they gave my exterior a quick wash. TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Thank you all, again.

Over the past several years, I had been bringing my MINI vehicles to MINI of Burlington for service and became very comfortable with the people in the service department. I was always greeted with a smile, they thoroughly discussed what my MINI needed, made sure I was comfortable and was in-and-out as quickly as possible. The service experience is excellent.On those occasions when I was getting service, I would often spend time talking with Anthony in the sales department while waiting. He was always pleasant, and even though I wasn’t there to purchase a car, he would spend the time talking about any number of things, including MINI vehicles, options and history. It was clear he had a passion and belief in MINI. When the time came for me to move on from my Countryman, the only person I wanted to buy a new MINI from was him. I sent him an email with some very generic needs and asked if he could find me a manual shift, 2018 2 door Hardtop “S”. It wasn’t too long before he sent me a return email with a new MINI option. It was everything I had been looking for and more. He had exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank him enough for the efforts he made in locating this MINI for me.As the sales process goes, I had the pleasure of meeting Liz, the business manager. The financing stage of the purchase was just as flawless and enjoyable as the service and sales processes. She was sure to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction very patiently.Although this is my fourth MINI and I have a love of the car, the history and the motoring experience, the people at MINI of Burlington is the reason I went only there in search of my new MINI.

Just drove my brand new 2020 mini home last week. Dan was easy to deal with during the negotiation process. He was very helpful after the purchase. I pretty much call him everyday for questions and he answered with a smile.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Dan, Adam, and Liz. Throughout the entire process, they were very helpful and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We did not feel pressured to buy and they were willing to work with us to find the right car for our budget. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If I were reviewing the Service Department this would be a Five Star Review. I had my mini serviced here for five years, had never been disappointed with the service, and would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you TJ and the rest of the team.I would probably still be driving another mini, unfortunately the sales department didnt seem interested in selling me a car. I scheduled a test drive, and to their credit the car was ready and waiting out front. My sales person didnt walk through any features, saw I drove a mini, and said I was already familiar with the brand. They Let me take the car out, and I I gave them my keys to appraise my car.When I came back, they had an offer and told me my expected payment. I told them I would think about it. A few days later I got an email asking if I had any questions. Everything was still alright, I let them know that I was considering between that and another vehicle.At this point communication stopped for almost a week, after which I got what looked to be an auto-generated email asking again if I had any questions, it didnt even acknowledge my previous email.At that point I went to another dealership with a sales team that engaged with me beyond asking if I had any questions.

Extremely pleased with the service. patrick was warm and friendly. his efficiency was evident in letting us know how long the service would be. when an oil leak was found he was able to fix it with another issue we had-utilizing 2 mechanics. both would have taken 3 hours with 1 mechanic but he got us out in 1 1/2 hours instead. thank-you

Service department is always too busy and sometimes doesnt have appointments for weeks at a time! Its not as if Im planning on having a problem with my car a month from now. Chronic overwork and understaffing leads to low employee morale - get it together, Mini of Burlington. Its a pretty egregious difference in customer service between this dealership and other New England Mini dealers. I dont blame the staff, who are fairly responsive and friendly, its a managerial issue with the ownership group.

Have been a customer since day-1. I purchased my first Mini at an out-of-state dealership and the repair department has always treated me like one of their own customers. Pat and all the guys in the shop are awesome.When it came time to replace my 2010 mini, Hani made me a great deal on a new cooper clubman. Great dealership, great employees.

My fiancé has a Mini that he did not buy from here, but we brought it to have it serviced so we could get rid of it. We put over $800 into the vehicle so it could be traded in. We asked specifically if we could drive it the 2 hours back to where we are planning to buy a new vehicle. We were assured the car could make the journey and then some. So I followed my fiancé and thank goodness I did because the check engine light came on about 5 miles down the road and I could smell a burning smell. We pulled over and called Mini, but we were told we either had to risk driving it, (risking more damage to the engine), or pay to have it towed. Im sorry, but if you just fixed it and the check engine light it coming on so quickly, you should come get the car at no cost! It just seems like bad business, not to mention dangerous. My fiancé said the car was losing power as he was driving and he wasnt sure at some points he would make it back. Overall, I feel like we didnt get the service promised from this dealer/service department.

No complaints about the way the car repair was handled but was disappointed at how dirty the inside of the loaner car was. My husband gets loaner cars from BMW and they would have never given out a car that dirty. Why such low standards on the mini side of the street?

I recently bought a pre-owned from there. I was giving them a hard time with the negotiating and was worried they would get annoyed or stop caring about the sale. Brad and Hani were not just professional, they were PROS. They worked hard to earn my business and get me into the right deal for the right amount. Buying a new car sucks, its stressful ad tedious. I couldnt imagine them making it less painless. Now I have a beautiful new (used) car, a warranty and a smile on my face. I look forward to shaking their hand again in a few years when I go to buy a NEW cooper.Really this place is polite, respectful, low pressure, they arent like other dealers.Recommended. Additionally I drove around all day and it barely made a dent in my gas.

Bought my first car from MINI of Burlington in February, and I couldnt have imagined a better experience. They let me take my time, walked me through all the details of the process, and even offered to add bonnet stripes to the car I wanted (rather than make me wait for a similar model to be brought up from another dealer). They gave me more than fair trade-in on my hyundai clunker, too. When it came to signing the paperwork, it felt like joining a family (even AFTER having made the down-payment). I will absolutely return here for future car purchases.As for service, Ive brought my MINI up for twice for little picky things (wiper blade on the passenger side not clearing totally, tire pressure sensor coming on), and both times I was impressed with the speed and quality of their service. Theyre often very busy, so scheduling ahead is a must. Each time I went in, they washed my car and vacuumed the floor mats before I left.
