We went to the store to look at beds and pillows. The owner was very helpful. When we decided on which beds we wanted, we were able to call and make the transaction over the phone. He kept us apprised the whole time as we had mattresses coming from 2 different locations. We were emailed tracking numbers once the mattresses shipped. The sales people were very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Likewise, delivery of my king-size mattress was very straightforward. With so many untested chemicals in our environment and with spending so much time of ones life in a bed, it made sense to me to get a mattress that was free from all those toxins. I think I spent a bit more but not much.

What a great experience. I have some respiratory issues and really needed to be in the store without other customers. The owner made sure there was a time my husband and I could visit and try mattresses without any stress of being exposed to other folks and without any pressure about time. We visited twice to make sure we were comfortable with our choices.In addition to almost always answering the phone personally, the owners always returned calls and were available for lots of questions. They obviously believe very strongly in their product!Because of the pandemic, shipping was slow, and the owner checked in with me regularly so that I didnt worry about the wait.Well worth it. It was delivered today, and we cannot stop running to the bedroom and lying down! We are looking forward to many years of deliciously good sleep on a pure, environmentally good BEAUTIFULLY made mattress.

The Natural Mattress Company carries a fantastic line of products. The mattresses are high-quality, non-toxic, and very comfortable, and the blankets are sumptuous. Mike was super helpful and patient as we sampled the beds. He was kind enough to let us try multiple different combinations of latex layers to design the mattress that would suit our needs the best. We are loving the Savvy Rest Serenity mattress, and we are so glad we were able to visit a showroom in the area where we could try it before we bought it.

We have such a hard time with the toxicity of foam products. The latex rubber mattress topper is the perfect alternative. It arrived today and we already tested it for comfort. It earned a Five. It’s a plus to have a local distributor who supports our beloved Waldorf School and other worthy community organizations.

It was easy for me to handle the boxes by myself and set up my mattress. I did not detect any off gasing and I am chemically sensitive. And I am amazed at how my body feels so supported, especially when I first awake.

Im finding my wool and organic cotton futon to be most comfortable. I also ordered the tatami mat (actually much thicker and heavier than what is normally called a mat.) It has a pleasant, subtle grassy fragrance. Its so good to have a chemical and latex free space to sleep in!

I was so pleased with everything about my purchase, from beginning to end! I was looking for a natural mattress for my daughter, who had just moved to Vermont. Since I live in Tennessee -- and couldnt really see the product, or monitor the process -- it felt a little risky. Im so pleased that the delivery went off without a hitch (the two people who came to deliver it went above and beyond), and my daughter absolutely loves the mattress!
