Best bread in Vermont. You can get it at the Brattleboro food co-op. They deliver every Thursday around 4 p.m.

Such flavor and quality! They also double wrap their baguettes and ciabatta, going the extra mile to keep their customers safe. My favorites are the French country, Sesame Deli, seeded baguette and Chili cheese ciabatta with cheese right from Shelburne Farms.

Best bread in New England! Everything here is amazing- the croissants are stellar as are all the different loaves. Love the fermentation process and the staff is always super personable and knowledgeable. Definitely a must try if you’re in the area!

Well baked organic bread and pastries. Baguettes are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Raisin twist bread is more like a cake but very tasty. Check the baking schedule because not all the breads are baked every day. Worth the trip.

The multi GRAIN bread is the best bread I have ever tasted ! ! ! ! ! It is filling, healthy, and worth the drive of 4 hours up to Shelburne and 4 hours back to fill up my freezer with the best bread that I have ever tasted!!!I am disappointed I cannot buy this bread in CT, but.... I am willing to buy and have them ship me 6 loaves until I go up there mid July.The bread has few ingredients, but toast, butter and eat!! Greatest Bread EVER!

Wonderful sourdough bread

When my family ventures to Shelburne Farms, we always have to make a stop at the Farm Barn to visit this most amazing of bakeries. Once you walk through the old double barn door entrance, your nose is hit with the most intoxicating smell. In front of you are the display racks containing the most incredible baked breads, cookies and pastries you will ever find. No big fancy display area here. Just down to the earth good wholesome people and baked goods. Try the chili cheese ciabatta, it will change your mind how bread should be made.

Amazing bread, the best almond croissant Ive ever had. Only 2 stars because the oatmeal raisin cookies tasted burnt and were dry, disgusting and completely inedible!

The OBread Bakery is a joy to visit, and weve been eating their bread for more than 30 years. The best bread in the United States. And they UPS it... The bakery is in a gorgeous barn at Shelburne Farms, and is a destination in itself.
