Great food, nice staff and short waitWe ordered takeout. Our order was done in 15 minutes. We got chicken and waffles the tattoo bacon waffle and some pancakes and a side of corn bread. Everything was perfect. The waffles were baked to perfection, the cornbread was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. When we picked up the order staff was incredibly friendly and we got a glimpse of the inside. It’s a well maintained family atmosphere breakfast restaurant. We’ve overlooked this place too long due to the unseeming outside. If you live in the area you should definitely give it a try!

I love diners. I’m a NJ girl, so I have a high standard for my diners. And this place delivered. The food is DELICIOUS, the prices are cheap, and the service is impeccable! I love this diner! You must come here if you love breakfast and a family-run restaurant. Also the outside is so cute!!

This place was great! We had a short wait because the diner is very small and they did not have a lot of staff. We ordered very different things (the kitchen sink and the #4) but we both thoroughly enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly and jovial. It felt a little cramped, but I would definitely recommend!

This little tiny diner packed a punch! The food was incredible. The owner was seating, delivering food, bussing tables and checking people out. He apologized for the wait since they were busy, but I didn’t mind. Him and the staff were sprinting and the food was 100% worth the wait.

This is a very small, little, blue, funny shaped building. I was a little apprehensive about eating here. Inside, I had the BEST blueberry pancake with grade A dark maple syrup EVER. I want to come back tomorrow for breakfast!!!!The guy who waited on us was super nice.Following morning,: Well, thanks guys. I had a blueberry pancake in Burlington. It was no where near as good as yours. Now, you have ruined any blueberry pancake I ever get again. My expectations are now set too high. 😒😉

As we drove by earlier than their 7:30 am, we saw a group of people waiting to go in. We arrived a short while after opening and were cordially greeted by wait staff who served us fragrant cup of fresh brewed coffee. The menu tends toward a meat heavy cuisine but my vegetarian pallet was able to order a delicious veggie omelet, served with home fries and choice of toast. My wife ordered something called the kitchen sink, which included 3 eggs, potatoes, sausage and cheese. It was served in a small stainless steel pan resembling a kitchen sink. Wait staff kept the coffee hot. This smallish restaurant makes good use of space and waiting minimal.

Family run establishment. Greasy spoon type of breakfast and lunch place. Had the Smoked Montreal Meat Eggs Benedict and the biscuits and gravy. Amazing. Amazing smoked meat and hollandaise sauce. Everything that was ordered in our party was delicious. They were out of the Mrs. Bs Homemade Bread Pudding but that sounded amazing. Will definitely be back for some of that. Only downside is that they are big Patriots fans but will not hold that against them in a review.

We love Dutch Mill. Good food. Good people. It was always our go-to breakfast place, but then we moved to a new house further away from it and had a baby. We were sad about not being able to get there very often. Today, we were thrilled to visit and let our toddler experience his first Dutch Mill waffle. He was a little cranky before we arrived, but all smiles while we were there. He loved it, so mom and dad were all smiles, too. They also have good lunch food, but I have less experience with that. I just cant ever bring myself to pass up their breakfast menu.Arrive early as there can be a wait, sometimes. Arrive hungry, because portions are generous. High chairs are available and restrooms are in great shape. They are open 7 days a week from, I believe, 7 AM to 2 PM.

This is a cozy little diner with lots of charm. The place is owned by a Boston sports fan, and it shows.Service is decent, and the place is nice and clean. Prices are nice, and you get good, greasy-spoon style cuisine here.Just be ready if you eat light or have dietary restrictions, because a lot of things come with bacon. I had to pick mine off, because I do not eat pork, but I did not complain. The food was still delicious. (If youre a bacon-lover, then this is your local Mecca.)One thing to note about the place is that they serve the crispiest, tastiest french fries you will probably ever have. I might have only wanted a splash of malt vinegar on them, as is my idiom.Anyway, this is a great little place with a lot of heart. It caters to locals and tourists alike, but is only open for breakfast and lunch. One fun thing to note, they cater, so if you are having an event or a big get-together in the area, call or stop in to book the food. I have no doubt that it will be fantastic. Its just a lovely little stop along the road outside of Shelburne as youre heading North. So check it out!
