We went to Burlington Bedrooms to find a side table for my daughters bedroom, and had a great experience! The showroom is very nice and she found a great solid wood table for under $300. The service we received from the owner was excellent! This was my first time buying from Burlington Bedrooms, and Ill be back for sure. Just need to save up a bit for their handmade dog beds...our dog clearly loved them!

About the same prices as online, so reasonable. Sales people sell but really know nothing about the furniture and beds. If you ask, theyll read the manufacturers bla bla, which, obviously, is biased. If youre buying mattresses, the return policies are better if you buy directly from the manufacturer, complete refund with a stocking fee. Burlington Bedrooms you pay $$150 restocking fee AND only a store credit. And with a really irritated tone. Better be able to find something you like. I didnt and am now searching for toppers to remedy an uncomfortable bed. The delivery experience was superior though, Covid sage and efficient.

This place is just plain wonderful. The owners are super friendly, really knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Great selection of stuff, easy to find something to fit your budget. Buying local feels good and is easy when the people are so, so great to deal with!

Burlington Bedrooms has been amazing to work with. We have furnished two houses with their help. They were flexible as we changed our minds frequently and delivered promptly and cheerfully. The best value for money in the area.

Over the years weve bought multiple mattresses, dressers and bed frames and have never been disappointed. The quality of the mattresses we bought was unmatched and we feel we got a very fare price.What impressed me the most was their warm and inviting sales approach. Not pushy in the least. Really feels like a Vermon-type store.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase furniture from this store that you cant immediately drive away with. This was the worst furniture buying experience Ive ever had. It seemed great at first, my husband and I picked out a beautiful Vermont Made bed with a memory foam mattress and were told it would take 2-4 weeks to deliver. We were glad to purchase locally and help out the smaller business in our area.Then things began to go downhill. After about two months of hearing absolutely nothing from Burlington Bedrooms, I finally called and was told that the mattress and bed frame were available but the headboard would be about another week. They delivered the mattress and bed frame and ensured the headboard would be shortly behind. After another couple weeks of hearing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from Burlington Bedrooms, I finally called again and was told that the headboard was still being made and to call back in a couple of weeks to check in. After 3 more weeks of waiting (and following up, because apparently they dont have the ability to contact you, and will only give you updates if you reach out for them), the headboard was delivered... the only problem was that it was THE WRONG HEADBOARD.I finally got around to calling them about a week after the WRONG HEADBOARD was delivered to inform them of the mistake and all of a sudden it became MY FAULT that I had waited so long to tell them about the discrepancy. I assured them that they did not want to start a conversation with me about delays... They also informed me that their receipt listed a solid maple bed, but I assured them that my receipt listed a cherry panel, obviously they were not capable of tracking a product through their system from purchase to delivery.None of this would have bothered me SO MUCH except for the fact that their sales associate AND owner were extremely rude about the entire situation and more convinced that I had made some sort of mistake rather than trying to correct the situation.Burlington Bedrooms will not be receiving any more of my business, I plan to inform every person I know that I would not recommend they bring their business, and I hope this review proves helpful to anyone who may be considering purchasing furniture from this store.

THE WORST!!! DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!! DONT RENT A STORAGE UNIT! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! RENTED ONE FOR 30 DAYS TOLD HIM UP FRONT GAVE NOTICE WOULD NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT! WILL DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO NOT SPEND A DIME! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

Slimy bait and switch, deals promised, offers made, all eventually evaporated. I was offered bought a superior mattress for a great price as I was half out the door after spending some time there and decided not to buy a middle of the road mattress. The store wide sale of free delivery at or beyond a specific price threshold immediately evaporated at the counter and they refused to let their truck go 10 miles out of the way without another $70. So on principal I come back the next day (a 40 mile drive) with my truck and wouldnt ya know it, the mattress I bought (and wouldnt show me) had STAINS on it and they wouldnt sell it to me...but (pretending as if it was a deal) offered me a much cheaper mattress I was interested in for SAME PRICE! wow what a deal. Well if they had a leaky basement, that would be bad business...so obviously it was a lie, as these mattresses are wrapped and protected. So I mentioned that there was a LARGE price difference...they pretended complete ignorance...so I requested my money back...then the deals flew at me from the manager...at that point I couldnt stand the slime, went home, bought a FANSTASTIC memory foam mattress off of AMAZON for a quarter of the price with free delivery and never looked back.

Great sales personnel, we had gone to other places and they were very pushy. Very helpful in finding what we wanted and working within our budget. The only problem we had was we had ordered a platform, basically just a bedframe made of wood. So they had everything in stock except the platform, which was on back order, they gave us a boxspring so we could start using the matress. Well this is where it gets messed up, it took four monthes to get the platform. The staff at Burlington Bedrooms never called us to let us know what was going on, we had to chase them around and it seemed they didnt know what was going on. All in all, dont buy it unless they have it in stock because they have a guy in Middlebury making the wooden platforms. Dont get me wrong, they are great, good craftmanship and all but if it has to be made, dont buy it.

It was actually collets storage and that place is run down and the guy like to charge you extra for everything
