So thankful I chose Bowen Collision Center! I was very impressed with how quickly the repair was completed and no evidence a collision had occurred! Their professional service is much appreciated. I will definately go to them for any future car needs they can provide.

My car was damaged, had small dent and paint damage. Took to Bowen Collession and they had my car fixed and looking like new. It didnt not take long for the work to be done. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them for any body and paint work.

I used Bowen Collision for a repair on my car recently and could not be more pleased with my experience. Their facility is immaculate and their work is superb. They worked directly with the insurance company and the repair job is excellent. As an added bonus, they washed my car and cleaned the interior! Would definitely do business again!

I am very pleased with the work Bowen Collision Center of Shelby, NC performed on my 2018 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. The exterior three-stage paint matched fabulously. The interior was Covid-19 clean. With friendly, professional customer service and an excellent, timely repair at a fair price, what else could I expect? Bowen Collision Center exceeded my expectations. My car looks brand new! This place is fantastic! I had a tire start leaking on me on 74 while on my way to a wedding. I was referred here by some customers at a nearby gas station and was so lucky that they were nearby! He took my car back immediately, patched the tire quickly, and did not charge me. I was still on time for the wedding!

BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! This company does not pay their bills. They are behind with my company for a bill from October. We agreed to let them pay half but they still owe us for the remaining balance. We have left many many voicemails asking for management to call us back and have never gotten a response. There is no longer a contact via email for them on their website and this explains why. Very bad business procedures. Do not do business with them. We have turned their account over to collections at this point. I will update if we ever get paid!UPDATE: WE GOT A CHECK IN THE MAIL TODAY. :) 6/14/18

After being recommended by the insurance adjuster, I took my wifes Toyota Camry in for repair of minor repair of damage to front end after a tree blew down in front of me on the highway and was unable to avoid it. Seemed like a really nice shop so I decided to let them do the repair after expressing to the owner that I was rather picky about the appearance of my vehicle. After all, it only had about 27k miles on it. He scheduled me to drop if off the following week so his #1 technician could do the work since he was on vacation. I dropped the vehicle off the following Monday for the repair. I received a call the following Monday to inform me if was ready. It was late when I arrived at the shop and only the owners wife and granddaughter was there. I looked over the repair rather quickly and in low light conditions being it was dusk. The repair appeared to be satisfactory although I told her I would check it out better when I cleaned it up in a couple of weeks after the paint had time to cure. A week or so later, I began my detail process and much to my dismay found numerous imperfections in the repair. The following Monday I contacted the shop and scheduled a visit to discuss the quality of workmanship demonstrated in the repair. The owner expressed his apologies and asked to schedule another time to fix the concerns I had. Before my appointment time had arrived, an ice storm came through the area and the owner contacted me to ask if I could wait so he could catch up on repairs to cars damaged during the ice storm. I complied graciously since my vehicle was drivable after all. He said he would be back in touch after the first of the year to take care of it. That call never came. In the meantime, I detailed the car and cleaned up all the overstay and sanding dust left from the repair. I also found damage that was noted during the initial inspection that was left unrepaired and missing hardware that held the spoiler and trunk lid mat in place. The rear bumper cover was not installed correctly and the body work above the driver door looked like it had been sanded with a rough cut file and painted right across the cut marks. The original paint on the car is a metallic silver (Mistic Silver) and the paint used in the repair seems to be extra metallic and is very thinly applied. I was not happy to say the least and contacted them several times only to be told that they still extremely busy but would call as soon as possible. After another month, I decided to leave well enough alone and fixed several of the problems myself. If the best technician at that shop in fact worked on my car, I would have hated to see it if anyone else had attempted the repair. The owner and wife seemed to be nice folks but if the repair performed on my car is the best they turn out, I could have went to Macco and probably got the same results. Do your research when looking for a body shop, not many good ones left around anymore since the insurance companies have nickled and dimed them to death. Almost as bad as the doctors and hospitals, if you know what I mean.
